The application of information technology in various industries greatly improved performance of the industry.To the requirements of the information society,the education sector is also actively use information technology to the implementation of education information.And the implementation of education information is the key to the vast number of teachers,so,for teachers' information technology application ability training becomes especially important.In recent years,the education departments at all levels demanded by promoting education information,have launched the "national culture","provincial culture",such as training program,after a period of time after the implementation of the find,although in a certain extent,improve the teachers' information technology application abilities,such as "is out of line","training return" and "digest" and other issues also gradually highlights,training transfer effect is not ideal.So what exactly are the factors that affect the migration result? How to improve the effect of migration? Therefore,the study of factors influencing teachers' information technology training migration becomes extremely important.In view of this,based on the author of this article's reference to literatures and interviews with three teachers,he built the hypothesis model of the factors that influence teachers' information technology training migration,put forward the research hypothesis,and compiled a corresponding questionnaire,participated in the information technology application ability training in Zhejiang province secondary vocational teachers as the research object,the factors affecting teachers' information technology training transfer research.Through analyzing the survey data for empirical research found that teachers' personal characteristics of the migration motivation,self-efficacy,and individual knowledge can directly influence on teachers' information technology training migration;Working conditions of teachers' work environment,leadership colleagues support,learning atmosphere directly influence on teachers' information technology training migration;Training quality also have a direct impact on migration of teacher training.Issued by the competent department of education policy system although there is no direct effect on training transfer behavior,but through the influence of other factors,and thus indirectly affect migration of teachers' information technology training.At the same time,the above results are also discussed.Based on the results of the study,some corresponding suggestions about how to promote teachers' information technology training migration are provided,hoping these will help improving teachers' information technology application ability training effect.
