With the vigorous expansion of basic education curriculum reform and educational informationalization,teachers' IT application ability which the main approach of education informatization has become the bottle-neck of education informatization development.Training is a main way to improve teachers' information technology application abilities.Considerable resources have been devoted to training teachers,but it did not achieve what we expected.Wenjiang district of Chengdu city where the author's location,carry out teacher education technical ability training successively in 2010 and 2012,the participation rate more than 85%,but there has some problems in training organization,result in the training didn't reach the desired effect.A new round of primary and secondary school teachers' IT application ability promotion project has been launched,untill the end of 2017,national primary and secondary school teachers(include kindergarten)will attend.Wenjiang district also officially launched the training project in 2015,complete the whole 2643 teachers' training till the end of 2017.Based on "four level evaluation model",the theory of Kirk Patrick training effect evaluation,the writer designed the questionnaire and collected the information of teachers' IT application abilities and their relevant training.According to the teachers' interview,the author analyzes the impact factors of the effect of training of teachers' IT application abilities.According to the theory of transfer of training,combined with the adult learning theory,the author puts forward to enhance the strategies of effect of training local teachers' information technology application abilities and practice them,so as to have certain guiding significance for the follow-up training.Wenjiang already have good informatization basic environment,in order to improve the teachers' IT literacy,the education department increase the intensity of training constantly.However,beause of the less chance and inequality of teachers' participation in training,the lack of system planning,the enthusiasm of teachers not arouse fully,the training content didn't match to the teachers' expectations,a single training form result in deficient training design,make the training effect is not ideal,teachers' IT application ability improve slowly.This first chapter of this research elaborates the research background,purpose,significance,etc;The second chapter definition and analyze three theoretical involves;The third chapter through the questionnaire survey data and the interview content in daily work,analyze the status quo of regional teachers' IT application and training;the fourth chapter based on the third chapter,analyze the factors that influence the effect of IT training,with three factors of influence training transfer effect in Holton's influence factor model.put forward three aspects of the strategy include:motivate the teachers' participation in training from the choice of the object and demand analysis before,improve training design from optimize training content and training methods in training,create a good atmosphere of migration from training evaluation and follow-up support after training,achieve the goal of improve training effect ultimately;finally,the fifth chapter practice verification through 2015 district-level IT application ability training,anaylze the effect.
