The professional ability of preschool teachers is one of the important contents of the professional standards of preschool teachers,and it is the core issue of the professional development of preschool teachers.Among them,the observation ability of preschool teachers is the most basic quality,which is repeatedly mentioned in the "Professional Standards for Preschool Teachers(Trial)",emphasizing the comprehensive evaluation of young children through observation and other means.With the deepening of China's education reform,the observation ability of preschool teachers has gradually become a hot spot in recent years,and was once called "forgotten teacher professional ability." Its importance can be seen.The observation ability of preschool teachers is an important part of the professional development of preschool teachers,and it is one of the most basic and most important abilities necessary for preschool teachers to organize and implement activities in kindergartens.The game is the basic activity of the kindergarten,and the role game is one of the favorite creative games for young children.The role game is more open and unpredictable,which puts higher demands on the observation ability of preschool teachers.Enhancing the observation ability of preschool teachers not only promotes the professional development of preschool teachers,but also promotes the understanding of young children,and thus promotes the overall development of young children.This study studied the current situation of the observation ability of the preschool teachers in the four public kindergartens in Chenggong District through the literature research method,the questionnaire method,the interview method and the observation method.Through research,revealing the status quo of the preschool teachers' ability to observe in the role game,and then through further analysis,it is found that the observation ability of the preschool teachers in the role game is lack ofspecific norms,and the implementation of the observation plan is insufficient,and the observation method is simple.The inconsistency of the observation method,the ability to screen and record effective information is weak,the true objectivity and integrity of the recorded content are insufficient,the objectivity and specificity of the analysis observation result are insufficient,and the guidance is easy to move toward two extremes.These problems have a great relationship with the attitudes,concepts,knowledge and experience of kindergarten teachers in the kindergartens studied,some objective factors of kindergartens,and exchange training between teachers and gardens,and further analysis of possible kindergarten teachers.There is also a certain relationship in pre-vocational education.In view of this,the author puts forward corresponding suggestions and strategies from the four levels of preschool teachers,kindergartens,teacher training and pre-service education,especially based on the actual situation of the kindergartens studied,from the concept and attitude of preschool teachers,and the theoretical knowledge of preschool teachers.Kindergarten's material conditions and technical support,as well as teacher training,etc.,put forward appropriate suggestions,in order to improve the observation ability of kindergarten teachers in role games to a certain extent.
