Observing ability is an important part of the professional competence of kindergarten teachers.Constructing a game is an activity that is popular among yoiung children and conforms to the laws and characteristics of its physical and mental development.Enhancing the teacher's ability to observe the game in the construction zone is beneficial to teachers1 understanding of game behavior and forming valuable judgments on the learning and development of children. However, how to conduct observation and evaluation has always plagued kindergarten teachers. There are three main problems:first, how to improve the sensitivity of observation;second, how to use theoretical science to analyze children's behavior and improve the rigor of analytical reasoning;third, how to effectively use observations. This study follows the basic ideas of action research, comprehensively adopts interview method, observation method and text analysis method, and observes and evaluates the teaching and research activities of three teachers in kindergarten A,through three rounds of progressive action-reflection-reaction-The process of rethinking tries to improve the teacher's ability to observe the game in the construction zone. The research results show that teachers can choose to observe the content in a targeted manner, capture the valuable learning information of the child in a short period of time, and flexibly use relevant theories for analysis, effectively based on the needs of the curriculum and the needs of early childhood development.Use observations,to a certain extent,it solves the problem of improving the ability of observation and evaluation.
