With the continuous improvement of the level of modern sports training,sports performance is getting better and better,and there is precise control over every step of training,and every step is of great importance for training,including the preparatory activities before the exercise,to the intensity,load,time and item during training,and even recovery training and muscle relaxation after training.Each step has an important impact on the performance of sports.At the same time,the dynamic stretching is more and more accepted,and the traditional static stretching is not in line with the development of special sports.Dynamic stretching can be used in many sports to adapt to training,including improving muscle strength,endurance,balance and coordination.Dynamic stretching can be better,faster,more comprehensive,and sufficient in exercising body,so that it can improve the physical quality and the level of exercise.The research methods used in this paper are: literature data method,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method.Teaching experiments were conducted on 36 badminton special students of the Physical Education College of Hubei Normal University.There are 18 students in each group.The experimental class used dynamic stretching intervention to carry out experimental teaching,and the control class used traditional preparation activities for experimental teaching.Through the empirical research on dynamic stretching,we can accurately understand the degree of influence of dynamic warm-up activities on physical fitness,test the actual effect of long-term dynamic stretching on sports performance and test the degree of influence of dynamic stretching on badminton special physical quality.Through the 16-week intervention experiment,the specific physical quality of the experimental and control students after the experiment was analyzed and compared.The results are as follows:1.After the test,the results shew that the effect of dynamic stretching on the physical quality of badminton is remarkable,especially the speed and sensitivity and the quality of strength has been significantly enhanced.However,there was less dynamic tension in the intervention and no fatigue was detected so the impact onendurance quality intervention is not obvious.Although there is no significant difference in endurance quality,the effect of traditional warming-up on students in experimental class is better than those of the contrast class.2.The 16-week dynamic tension had great influence on the speed sensitivity of students,and the difference was significant before and after the experiment.In the five projects,namely,15-meter around-the-pole running,50-meter running,4*10shuttle run,five linear step + 5 times the sideline step and 12 points full-court running,the overall effects of the experimental class are better than the contrast class.After the experiment,the improvement of speed sensitivity quality among girls was better than boys.3.In terms of strength quality,both the two classes have improved a lot compared with that of pre-experiment.But students in the experimental class have made greater progress than those of the contrast class.When it comes to the upper limb strength there was minor difference between students in the experimental class and the contrast class and the results shew that all the students were weak in the upper limb whereas students in the experimental class demonstrated better lower limb strength and waist and abdomen strength than those in the contrast class.In the standing long jump project,both male and female students in the experimental class have performed better than those in the contrast class after the experiment.4.After 16 weeks of dynamic stretching test,the effect of improving the overall endurance quality of the two classes was not obvious,and there was no significant difference between the two classes before and after the experiment.Compared with the contrast class,the effect of the experimental class is better.The results of the above research show that the dynamic stretching carried in warming-up can improve body temperature,reduce muscle viscosity and improve athletic expressive force and performance.It can effectively activate muscle and improve nerve excitability before teaching.Continuous stretching and contraction has enabled flexible muscles so that the performance of rapid bursts of muscle were ensured.At the same time,dynamic stretching can strengthen the control of the core area of the muscle as well as improve the development of the body's function in theunstable state.The experiment shows that the dynamic stretching can be used in the preparation of badminton teaching to promote the development of the comprehensive ability of the body.
