Background:In recent years,the continuous decline of students' physical condition has been widely concerned by the society,and the voice of sports and fitness is getting higher and higher,so in recent years,the trend of sports is booming.Badminton has a deep mass base because of its interesting and good exercise effect.The rise of badminton sports has ignited many young people's enthusiasm for learning badminton,followed by a variety of training methods and training methods.In this paper,the three net training of badminton is designed with reference to the three way confrontation of the three net badminton,aiming to explore the influence of the three net badminton training on the physical quality of young people.Research methods:In this paper,the students of a badminton training class in Suzhou are selected as the research objects,and the students who use the traditional badminton field and triple tennis badminton field in this experiment are studied for four months by using the methods of literature,experiment and mathematical statistics.Before the experiment,the height,weight and physical fitness of the subjects were measured.According to the physical fitness score,the subjects were divided into two groups,namely the experimental group and the control group.At the end of the experiment,the speed,endurance,flexibility,sensitivity and strength of each student were measured before and after comparison and longitudinal comparison.Conclusion:1.The technical action of the upper limb batting in the three net badminton field is almost the same as that in the traditional badminton field,because the different fields lead to the different sports ways and the different emphasis on the improvement of physical quality.2.After the experiment,the average score of 50 m in the experimental group was 9.35 seconds for boys,9.85 seconds for the control group,9.74 seconds for girls and 10.42 seconds for the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P < 0.05).The field of the triple play is bigger,the reaction speed of the experimental group's defense to attack is faster,the experimental group needs to run more distances in a short time to better seize the ball right,lay the foundation for victory,so the improvement of speed quality is more effective.3.After the experiment,there were 102.5 boys in the experimental group and 103.0 boys in the control group.After the experiment,there were104 girls in the experimental group and 108 girls in the control group.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05),but the difference between the experimental group and the control group was not significant.4.After the experiment,the average score of male students in the experimental group was 15.91 seconds,while that in the control group was 17.23 seconds.After the experiment,the average score of female students in the experimental group was 17.18 seconds,while that in the control group was 18.16 seconds.There were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05).Triple play training needs more accurate judgment and needs to make the best action in a shorter time.Therefore,the training of badminton in triple play field is more important than that in traditional field.5.After the experiment,the average score of male badminton throw distance in the experimental group was 5.65 m,and that in the control group was 5.38 m.After the experiment,the average score of female badminton throw distance in the experimental group was 4.73 meters,and that in the control group was 4.37 meters.There was no significant difference in the data between the two groups(P > 0.05).There was no change in the upper limb movement between the experimental group and the traditional field control group in this training process.Both of the two groups used to play the high and far ball and pick up the ball in front of the net,so the intensity of the two groups was the same.6.After the experiment,the average score of male students in the experimental group was 8.38 cm,while that in the control group was8.57 cm.After the experiment,the average score of female students in the experimental group was 10.81 cm,while that in the control group was 8.57 cm.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Suggestions:The students who need to improve their agility and speed can use badminton triple play training.In the process of training,on the one hand,they need to pay attention to the safety education before class,on the other hand,they need to carry out strength training for the body,so as to stimulate sports interest through the new venue and improve their physical quality at the same time.It is suggested that the competition rules of the three net badminton should be further supplemented so that the three net training method can comprehensively improve the physical quality.
