In recent years,"going out" and "coming in" as multiple ways of learning have promoted the integration and communication of advanced theories between China and the world.Physical function training is one of the advanced theories introduced to break the bottleneck of traditional physical training.Based on the system of science,physical function training is a theoretical system combining and integrating anatomy,physiology and biomechanics.Physical function training began forming the basic theory with the first appearance in the field of medical rehabilitation in 1975,mainly for injuries on rehabilitation of wounded soldiers;in 1980s,the physical function training by reference to the fitness field plays the main role to help strengthen the body and enhance the physique.Experts and scholars later expanded physical function training into the field of athletic sports.It has been proved that the physical function training has made remarkable achievements in the sports in China.It is inferred from the trend of development that physical function training is being extended to the school field and has been well-recognized.The physical function training taps into the school sports such as badminton,which is a skilled project of antagonistic match with the net,and is characterized with fast,accurate and relentless change movement.Being confronted with fierce and large load training and competition,the athletes are required to be equipped with good physical quality so as to reach a higher level.Therefore,the study is aimed at exploring the effect of physical function training on physical quality of students of badminton specialty.By using the research methods such as literature reviewing,experiment conducting,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,and targeting students of badminton specialty in grade 2017 at Shaanxi Normal University sport as the experimental participants,having gone through tracking and experimenting for 10 weeks,the study has explored the effects of physical function training on Badminton students' physical quality and drawn the following conclusions:(1)The physical function screening as a diagnostic means aims at diagnosing the function defects conveniently,which is shown in the pre-test data:some students with the low squat scores were found inadequate and the stability of the upper part of a few students appears more seriously problematic with forwardness;students with the low one-step hurdle scores were generally found upper limb shaking,compensation action and so on;even though the score of lunge squat is high,there are still some problems with students' general lack of balance ability;a few boys with the low score of shoulder flexibility were diagnosed with shoulder flexibility insufficiency or action asymmetry;among the students who have been scored the highest in active straight leg raising,the problems lie in insufficient leg flexibility;among the students who have been scored the lowest in the push-up of the stability of trunk,the problems lie in the poor strength of core parts,asymmetrical,and compensation action etc.;students with the low score of rotation stability movement had the problems in lacking stability of body movement on multiple planes.(2)According to the experimental data of ten-week correcting body function,it has been found that after the experiment,the P values of the squat,hurdle step,squat,lunge shoulder flexibility movement,active straight leg raise movement and torso stability push-up movement were less than 0.05,from which we can see that the six movements of the experimental group compared with the controlled group have significant difference;the P value of rotational stability action is less than 0.01,which can be seen in the fact that on the stability of rotating action the experimental group and the controlled group have very significant difference.It is shown that the physical function of corrective training plays a certainly effective role to solve the problems regarding core stability,shoulder flexibility,core strength,compensatory action and asymmetry;additionally,physical function training has significantly improved the dynamic capability of the students in the experimental group.In contrast,although the results of the controlled group had a small increase,there was actually no significant change.(3)According to the data derived from 10 weeks of physical training,the independent t test found the P values of standing long jump,three-minute jump rope,15-meter curve running around obstacle were less than 0.05,therefore there is of statistically significant difference between the experimental group and controlled group among the three indexes,namely standing long jump,3-minute jump rope and 15-meter curve running around obstacles,thus we may conclude that the body function training can promote the development of three physical qualities among the students in the experimental group on their strength,endurance,and flexibility.However,the P value of the 61-meter return running is more than 0.05,which means that there is of no significant difference between the two groups in the event.Therefore,it can be inferred that physical function training makes no big difference on the improvement of speed quality for students of badminton specialty.
