Research On Contemporary College Students' Dishonesty And Its Countermeasures

Integrity is the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation.It is also the basic principle for doing things,and it is the cornerstone of society.However,with the rapid development of socialist market economy in China,people are over-pursuing economic interests while paying less attention to the construction of personal integrity and morality,which makes people pay more attention to obtaining personal interests,even to obtain "improper" interests through the violation of integrity and morality.The phenomenon of social dishonesty and dishonesty gradually emerges.College students as a whole is an important part of the society and the mainstay of the country's future development.Although they basically live on campuses that is relatively isolated to society,it cannot be ignored that the bad faith in the society inevitably affects the university campus all the time.College students who study and live in it are still affected by some dishonest atmosphere.A series of dishonest behaviors exposed by college students have become the focus of social attention.Based on this,this study analyzes the integrity of college students,the main manifestations of college students' lack of integrity and the reasons.On the basis of making full use of existing research results and questionnaires,combined with the actual situation of college students,it puts forward effective countermeasures to solve the problem of college students' lack of integrity.This study will be conducted in the following five sections:The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods,the difficulties and innovations of this research.The innovation of this paper is to introduce game theory in the analysis of the causes of the individual level,aiming to provide a new perspective for analyzing the causes of college students' lack of integrity.The second part mainly studies the connotation and importance of college students' honesty.The connotation of traditional honesty,modern honesty and college students' honesty are explained respectively,and demonstrates the importance of college students' honesty from five aspects: the need to build a harmonious socialist society,the embodiment of socialist values,the foundation of building a harmonious campus,the premise of improving college students' sound personality,and the guarantee of building harmonious interpersonal relationships among college students.The third part is mainly to study and analyze the current situation of honesty and credit of college students.Through questionnaires to understand the current situation of college students' honesty and credit,combing out the main manifestations of college students' lack of honesty and credit in academic,economic,communication and employment,which paves the way for the following analysis of the reasons for college students 'lack of honesty.The fourth part deeply analyses the causes of college students' lack of honesty.This paper analyses the causes from four aspects: society,school,family and individual,and introduces the game theory into the cause analysis at the individual level.Through multi-level analysis,it comes to the conclusion that the cause analysis can only be achieved by the joint efforts of the whole society if the problem of college students' lack of honesty is to be solved.The fifth part,based on the analysis of the causes,puts forward the relevant countermeasures to solve the lack of integrity of college students.From the perspective of the joint efforts of the whole society,the government should strengthen the work of optimizing the social honesty environment;universities should conscientiously fulfill the sacred duty of honesty education;families should attach great importance to children's honesty education and college students should give full play to the main role of self-honesty education.In a word,the problem of lacking honesty among college students is too complex to be solved overnight.It is a systematic project that needs to be done for a long time and perseverance.Only by the joint efforts of society,universities,families and college students themselves can we achieve this goal.
