| Objective:Under the aerobic walking exercise,through the intervention of dietary fiber staple for 28 days on obese middle-aged women,observe the influence of the combined intervention of exercise and diet on the body composition,body shape and physiological and biochemical indexes of the subjects,in order to provide practical,simple and effective practical reference for the healthy weight loss of obese middle-aged women.Methods:63 obese middle-aged women aged 45~59 with body fat rate≥30%in Qinhuangdao were selected as the subjects.Randomly divided into exercise diet intervention group A,B and control group,21 people in each group.In groups A and B,daily walking intervention was carried out,and in group A,the main food intervention was:50g(wet weight)wheat dietary fiber steamed bread,150g(wet weight)wheat dietary fiber steamed bread,15g(dry weight)wheat dietary fiber flour;in group B,the main food intervention was:15g(dry weight)wheat dietary fiber flour,150g(wet weight)wheat dietary fiber steamed bread,50g(wet weight)wheat dietary fiber steamed bread;control group:no exercise diet intervention.Before and after the intervention,the body composition(body weight,BMI,body fat rate,body fat content,body muscle content),body circumference(upper arm circumference,waist circumference,hip circumference,thigh circumference),skinfold thickness(triceps brachii,scapula and abdominal skinfold thickness),physiological and biochemical(systolic pressure Diastolic blood pressure,triglyceride and total cholesterol)were measured by Excel and SPSS 22.0 software.Results:After 28 days of intervention,there was no significant difference between the control group and the pre intervention group(P>0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).A.There were significant differences in body composition,body circumference,skin fold thickness and physiological and biochemical indexes between group B and control group(P<0.05).In group A,compared with before and after the experiment,the weight loss value was 1.63kg,BMI was 0.66kg/m~2,body fat rate was 1.24%,body fat content was 1.44kg,total body muscle content increased value was 0.92kg,upper arm circumference decreased value was 2.35cm,waist circumference was 3.69cm,hip circumference was 2.84cm,thigh circumference was 2.4cm,waist to hip ratio was 0.012,triceps skinfold thickness was 6.3mm,scapula skinfold thickness was3.7mm,abdominal skinfold thickness was 3.3mm The fold thickness was 12mm,systolic pressure was 5.6mmhg,diastolic pressure was 4.4mmhg,total cholesterol was 0.39mmol/l,triglyceride was 0.13mmol/l;before and after the experiment in group B,the weight loss value was 1.43kg,BMI was 0.57kg/m~2,body fat ratio was 1.77%,body fat content was1.76kg,total muscle mass increased by 0.8kg,upper arm circumference decreased by2.5cm,waist circumference by 4.3cm,hip circumference by 2.55cm,thigh circumference by 1.9cm The waist hip ratio was 0.02,the thickness of triceps skinfold was 3.9mm,the thickness of scapula skinfold was 5.5mm,the thickness of abdominal skinfold was11.9mm,the systolic pressure was 6.4mm Hg,the diastolic pressure was 3.8mm Hg,the total cholesterol was 0.33mmol/L,and the triglyceride was 0.07mmol/L.Conclusion:After intervention,the body composition,body circumference,skinfold thickness,blood pressure and blood lipid of obese middle-aged women in groups A and B were significantly improved,but there was no significant change in the control group.The overall change of each index in group B is better than that in group A.It is proved that the main food intervention plan of 15g(dry weight)wheat dietary fiber powder for breakfast,150g(wet weight)wheat dietary fiber steamed bread for lunch and 50g(wet weight)wheat dietary fiber steamed bread for dinner has better effect in obese middle-aged women. |
