Analysis On The Development Status And Influencing Factors Of Guangzhou Vertical Marathon

In recent years,with the introduction of sports documents and the promulgation of sports policies,the domestic sports industry has made progress,and various sports events have shown a trend of blooming.The vertical marathon is a sporting event that spans nationality,age and gender,and is less restricted by weather,time and venue.It is competitive,entertaining and popular among the public.Since the start of the Guangzhou Vertical Marathon,the scale of the event has increasingly expanded and the level of the event has gradually increased.At the same time,various problems have arisen in the course of the development of the event,which has an impact on the development of the event.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to summarize the current development of the event,find out the various factors affecting the development of the event,make corresponding suggestions and provide help for the future development of the Guangzhou Vertical Marathon culture brand,which benefits to build a famous sports city in Guangzhou,enhance the visibility of the city,promote the development of national fitness and increase people's sports choices.This thesis takes the Guangzhou Vertical Marathon as the research object,the participants,running coaches and vertical marathon managers as the survey objects,and comprehensively uses the literature data method,expert interview method,field survey method,questionnaire survey method and a series of research methods,such as mathematical statistics and logic analysis.Besides,it provides a comprehensive understanding of the current development of the Guangzhou Vertical Marathon and systematically analyze various factors affecting its development.Through the research and analysis of the event,the following conclusions were drawn:1.Since the development of the Guangzhou Vertical Marathon in the past five years,the development level of the competition has been steadily increasing;the types of competitions are gradually increasing;the number of competitions and the number of participants is also increasing year by year,and the upward trend is more obvious.2.The gender ratio of the contestants is unbalanced,and the ratio of male to female is 6.8:3.2.The participants are older but tend to be younger,mainly concentrated on the middle and young age;the participants are mainly concentrated in Guangdong Province.3.Participants have a higher level of education,mainly undergraduate;participants' awareness of sports is generally higher;participants have fewerarrangements for vertical marathon training,and most of them are irregular.4.There are fewer sports groups dedicate to vertical marathon training;the proportion of male and female coaches is unbalanced;the overall level of education is higher;90% of the coaches surveyed are part-time,and most of them are of public interest;the coaching level is low.5.The overall education of the event management staff is higher;the age tends to be younger;the ratio of men and women is balanced;the staffing is relatively complete,but the professionals in the direction of sports management are lacking.6.The unique charm of the vertical marathon,the government's support for the event,the high-rise buildings,the strong economic strength,the improved living standards,the geographical position,the large sports population,the increasing variety of events and the strong sense of people's movement are favorable factors for the development of virtuousness of the Guangzhou vertical marathon.7.Less publicity,immature organization and operation management system,imperfect competition rules,lack of official unified rules of the game,lack of awareness of the project,scarcity of relevant professionals in vertical marathon,and safety of competition venues are the unfavorable factors in the development of the Guangzhou Vertical Marathon.
