During the teaching of Experimental Primary School in Shijiazhuang,the author finds that pupils generally suffer from upper cross syndrome.This symptom has many adverse effects on children: one is on the cross syndrome affect the pupils' growth,so that the spine changed the original normal growth posture,caused the round shoulder,humpback deformity body.The two is the deformity caused by the upper cross syndrome,which hinders the normal development of the primary school students,and makes them develop malformation in the process of growth.The three is the performance of these two points,which has brought great pressure to the pupils,the young heart prematurely suffered physical problems due to the pressure of public opinion,affect the pupils' mental health,even affect the future into social confidence and social psychology.Based on the above problems,the research on the cause,pathogenesis of primary cross syndrome status and development trend of such problems,adopts the method of questionnaire survey used a series of posture,behavior of students in learning and life;on the primary cross syndrome symptoms common phenomenon,400 people will be used to observe the fifth grade of "preliminary determination of health posture assessment table";adopt the experimental method to plan intervention training is scientific and reasonable,for training of 40 students,to help students improve the bad habits of life and learning as well as poor posture posture,alleviate cross syndrome symptoms,so as to improve the students' physical quality,enhance confidence.Through the study of the problem,the author draws the following conclusions:1.in the intervention of a certain proportion with cross syndrome symptoms of Shijiazhuang City Experimental Primary School Students in the fifth grade students training,the students in the experimental group on the existing cross syndrome rate was 45%,the control group was 41%.2.of the intervention,in the sports activities carried out in the fifth grade primary school for training intervention on the cross syndrome,help students enhance muscle strength,endurance,stability,coordination and control,and enhance physical fitness.3.professional system,targeted and rich variety of training to improve the bad habits of life and learning of students,change the bad posture of body,enhance self-confidence has very good effect.The form and content of training not only enrich the teaching content,improve teaching efficiency,but also let more students and parents understand the cross syndrome causes and hazards,and pay attention to prevention and treatment.Through the intervention program developed in this study,the intervention treatment of students symptoms have improved significantly.
