Research On Case Work Intervention Of Emotional Support System For The Old People Who Lost Their Solitude

In the early 1990s,Under the call of the family planning policy,a large number of one-child families appeared in China.Some of these one-child families became single families due to the death of only children.According to valid data,the number of groups of people who have lost their independence is increasing.The problems they face are not only causing great harm to their own physical and mental health,but also seriously affecting their work and life.It also hinders the development and progress of the entire society.Under this background,the author accumulates the literature through the review of relevant materials,and at the same time,through field visits to investigate the reality of the families who lost their independence,we know that the problems that are commonly faced by the groups who lost their independence are due to the great changes in their emotions after the accidental loss of their children.The personality has become withdrawn,inferior,unwilling to communicate with the outside world,and refuses to accept external emotional support,which eventually leads to the lack of an emotional support system for the losing group.Therefore,according to the actual situation,this article adopts the method of case social work,intervenes into the daily life of the elderly who have lost their independence,uses the theory of energy enrichment,family role theory,and social interaction theory to guide and uses the professional methods and techniques of case work.Through taking cases,establishing professional relationships,services,and later follow-up and evaluation,it helps the elderly who have lost their independence to get out of the haze of loss,reconstruct social networks,and then obtain external emotional support to improve their emotional support system.The author collates and evaluates the process of case service,looks for the advantages and disadvantages of social work case service intervention in family service,summarizes the experience of the intervention method,and lays a foundation for the establishment of an effective method of emotional support system for the group.
