Painting is a vivid growth file for children.Children express their emotions intuitively in the process of painting and show us their inner world.Painting,as one of the important forms of intention,changes the essence of children's soul and real-time state of mind.Art therapy refers to the trained therapist through observing the performance of visitors in art creation,communicating with visitors,interpreting and analyzing painting works,and then understanding the emotional feelings,cognitive level and psychological state of visitors.It is based on the relationship among therapists,visitors and works of art,through the creation and insight of the works,to achieve emotional conflict resolution and strengthen the ability of self-expression.Emotion is the primitive instinct in the process of human evolution.Emotional expression,as an important part of emotional ability,is used by children to express emotion.Emotional expression is closely related to the social development of young children.In the process of socialization,the changes of emotional expression become more diverse,and the ways and skills of emotional expression become more perfect.The intervention of art therapy on emotional expression problems is unique and effective.This study combines interview method,observation method,and makes a preliminary discussion on the emotional expression of autistic children treated with painting in a qualitative way.Based on the deep understanding of children's family background,personal growth and other information,combined with diagnostic history and other data,this study developed a personalized counseling scheme according to the current situation of emotional expression in individual cases.With the increase of the number of cases of painting treatment,the emotional problems of the case have been alleviated to some extent.Pre-school children safely release emotions by painting and are cured in communication with art therapists.At the same time,this study explores the strategies and elements of painting therapy to interfere with children's emotional expression distress,and helps children to improve their emotional expression ability.In this study,based on psychodynamics and psychological projection theory,a total of 18 one-to-one tutoring was given to individual cases for three months in a row.The design of the art treatment scheme is reasonable,the implementation is proper,the creative performance of the case,the emotional expression,and the relationship with the researchers have all changed significantly.Children's emotional expression,language,sociality,self-cognition and other development have been improved.According to the implementation of painting treatment plan,this study draws the following main conclusions:1.It is feasible to treat the emotional expression of preschool children with art therapy.2.Interactive relationship is the key to art therapy.3.Children's participation in art therapy needs correct guidance.Art therapy is a very suitable psychotherapy method for preschool children.The research of art therapy in our country started late.Art therapy hasn't become a major,the research sample size is less,and more localized art therapy tutoring children research needs to be supplemented in the future.
