An Intervention Of Structural Family Therapy To The Family Relationship Of Children With Autistic Spectrum Disorders

In recent years,with the increasing incidence rate of autism,various fields begin to pay attention to the survival and development of autistic people and their families.In a family,the child is diagnosed with autism,the impact on the family is profound and lasting.Autism not only affects the economic function of the family,but also destroys the stability of the family structure and causes an unhealthy family relationship.At present,most interventions in the field of social work around the family with autistic children focus on external support,and few studies focus on internal relationship.In addition,most of the existing studies take the form of investigation reports and countermeasures and suggestions,ignoring the micro-practice intervention research,and lacking sufficient understanding of the pathological family structures and family relationship in the causes of autistic families.Structural family therapy in solving the problem of family relationship has its unique advantages.Therefore,this paper will regard the structural family therapy as a guidance and intervention from the perspective of social work,take the family with autistic children as the object of intervention,aim at improving the family relationship,combine with the characteristics of the method of case work adequately and focus on using the methods of adaptation,challenge and reconstruction to intervene the relationship between husband and wife and parent-child relationship in the family of this case.At the same time,through the analysis of the intervention effects,this paper explores the applicability and rationality of structural family therapy in improving the family relationship of autistic children,and summarizes its application logic and announcements in improving the family relationship of autistic children,so as to provide experience for practical workers.The results showed that the intervention had a positive effect.The family relationship of this case is more intimate than before,the family rules are initially formed,and thefamily structure is relatively flexible.Structural family therapy not only fits the structural characteristics of family with autistic children,but also can relieve the pressure on autistic children and families.But the therapy itself can not satisfy the family's material needs,and easily ignores the real feelings of children and other deficiencies.In addition,the intervention strategies of individual cases also need to be adjusted basing on the local culture and the actual situations: the change of the treatment status does not take the leader's role,the interactive presentation proceeds in the family situation and the workers need to constantly adjust their mentality and formulate a dynamic intervention strategy.
