The Case Study On Family Problems Of Urban Elderly Immigrants From The Perspective Of Family Social Work

With the rapid development of city urbanization,not only the young labors gradually to the development of the city,settled,the elderly has become a "one of the main forces of the mobile army",follow the children moved to live in different places.They have to re-adapt to the new living environment and a new circle of friends when they should have live an easy life in old age.In the course of the "re-socialization",the harmony of the family itself is particularly important for the elderly.The article mainly through the investigation of basic situation of urban elderly immigrants,found generally exist of the family work in the urban elderly immigrants' families,and further analysis,illustrates the urban elderly immigrants in the family moved off-site problem situation,analyzed and summarized the problems and reason.The researcher used the family social work involved in a typical "421" structure of urban elderly immigrants' family,undefined the basic situation and family problems,the use of case method in depth interviews were conducted to understand the status of the service object,elderly immigrants?family structure and family communication in interactive mode,launched on specific issues,to help the elderly to alleviate the irrational beliefs of family members,promote effective communication,strengthen the function of family,family problems through the improvement of the living with the old man get better support and care.
