Risk Management Of Opening Sports Facilities Of Primary And Secondary Schools In Hangzhou To The Society

Since the 21st century,with the vigorous development of social economy,the material,spiritual and cultural living standards of Chinese people have been continuously improved.Under the background of this harmonious society,physical exercise has become a way for the public to pursue a healthy life.However,with the rapid growth of urban population,limited sports facilities and resources have been difficult to keep up with the demand of exercisers,making the "contradiction between supply and demand" between the two increasingly severe.In particular,hangzhou,whose population growth ranks among the top in the country,needs to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand and solve the corresponding shortage of social sports resources.For state and local governments issued relevant policy requirements before and after the school sports facilities open to the society,however,face various risks in the process of open to the social problems causing the slow process of school sports facilities open to the society,how to manage these risks has become the research focus of middle and primary school sports facilities open to the society.Therefore this study based on the theory of risk management principles and methods,with eight of hangzhou city open to the public part of the primary and secondary schools as the research object,the purpose is for hangzhou city middle and primary school sports facilities,which can identify the risks in the open at the same time to evaluate the risks,and put forward strategies and measures against risks.The study reached the following conclusions:1.Risk identification is a difficult point of risk management and risk source of primary and middle schools in hangzhou city sports facilities open to the society on a total of 43 has six aspects: daily management risk source has 15,personal security risk source has 13 species,legal liability risk source has five,property safety risk source1 6,reputation risk source,there are three other risk source.2.Use "sort" of hangzhou city school sports facilities open to the society of risk source evaluation,risk source in the top five were:(1)(2)the combination of exercise-induced sudden death risk no separate facilities,teaching facilities are at increased risk(3)to evaluate their physical exercise ability does not reach the designated position,exercise intensity and overdo it and make the body hurt(4)appeared after the accident risk impact on the school's reputation(5)exercise itself causes people injured and unauthorized use of difficult moves when motion,do not understand the use of the sports equipment.3.Risk response strategy is the focus of risk management.There are6 risk sources through risk transfer,4 risk sources through risk avoidance,among which,there are 26 risk sources through risk control at most,and 10 risk sources through risk retention.4.Risk management measures are the top priority of risk management,because the causes of risks are often not single,but caused by a variety of factors,so the management system and measures are formulated from the three levels of government,school and exercisers.
