Research On The Risk Management Of Outdoor Sports In Chinese Universities

Outdoor sports are popular among university students,have gained rapid popularity since twenty-first century,but the risk factors associated with complex and special safety problems have not been fully understood,therefore being a potential threat to student development,personnel training,the reputation of the school,etc,academic circles should be given due consideration.By three principles as the theory construction and empirical research,combining investigation and theoretical analysis,combining qualitative analysis and quantitative demonstration as guidance,this paper tries to construct the theory system and explore the general paradigm and control mode by examining the risk of outdoor sports in universities and its management problems.Research ideas are as follows: Construction of the theoretical system of University of outdoor sports risk management from the aspects of the connotation,characteristics,objectives,principles and so on;Identify,summarize and analyze the risk sources and risk factors;Pareto analysis is used to analyze and sort out the risk factors,and the results of AHP,List Ranking and risk matrix evaluation are used as a supplement;Based on the basic strategy of coping with risks,this paper expounds the basic measures for colleges and universities to deal with outdoor sports risks;according to the quantitative results,this paper discusses the construction of the risk control system of outdoor sports in Colleges and universities from the framework,elements and functions.Research think:(1)The risk management of outdoor sports in Universities,is the implementation of uncertainty identification,assessment and response for outdoor sports colleges and the adverse consequences of personal injury degree,with minimum cost to reduce the dynamic process of risk probability and reduce the loss of personal safety.It is averse to risk,through diversification,adhere to the system of ideas,existence the characteristics of internal rules of the whole process.It should follow some principles,such as comprehensive,prevention,capabilities,timely feedback,flexible adjustment,cost effectiveness,whole points,etc.(2)The risk factors of outdoor sports in universities include the following categories: human,material,environment and other,a total of 4 categories,16 small classes,the 173.Students,equipment,meteorological conditions are the key factors of the top three categories.In the 150 case,the accidents caused by personnel,environment and material accounted for 59.33%,respectively,25.33%,and 14%.(3)Students,teachers,weather conditions,and community leaders are the main risk sources of outdoor sports in Colleges and universities,the main factors of risk sources number were 8,7,2,5,secondary factors were 2,3,1,2.(4)Outdoor sports colleges may adopt four kinds of risk coping strategies,such as avoidance,commitment,transfer and mitigation,which are suitable for the possibility of large and serious consequences,loss of low frequency or high frequency loss is smaller,the consequences are very serious and huge losses,the risks which must face.(5)The risk prevention and control system of outdoor sports of university is composed of five systems,identification and assessment systems rely on qualitative and quantitative analysis to achieve identification classification;prevention system by avoiding(10 types of risk)and Prevention(53 types of risk)can nip in the bud;on-site monitoring system relies on four linkage stereo monitoring mode to achieve monitoring,early warning and control(47 types of risk);afterwards detract from the system through the emergency rescue reduce damage and loss;transfer of responsibility system through insurance,waiver or package sales transfer loss to the third party.
