The implementation of the new curriculum reform advocates the student-based teaching mode.In order to promote quality education and improve students' integrated development,on one hand,students should have proficiency in knowledge.On the other hand,teachers should cultivate students' comprehensive ability and shape their right values.Since 2011,the history essay have emerged in Jiangsu College Entrance Examination,so it has a high value.The history essay examines students' true views of a historical event.It can cultivate their realistic,pragmatic attitudes,and stimulate their potential to research history.So,teachers should emphasize the importance of teaching strategies of history essay and formulate suitable writing methods.The author will summarize specific problems,based on questionnaires and interviews during the internship.Firstly,some students are unfamiliar with history essay,the others have a shallow understanding of history essay.Students ultimately lack systematic and specialized training.Secondly,due to dependence on textbooks and relatively simple assessment format,most of teachers lack the awareness of cultivating students' historical literacy.From aspects of historical knowledge,writing skills and subject literacy,the author will put forward some teaching strategies of history essay.On the one hand,teachers should focus on the completeness of knowledge structure,and provide all-round guidance for history essays.On the other hand,they should notice the diversity of forms of evaluation and cultivate students' self-reflection consciousness.Besides,teachers should consciously infiltrate education of historical core literacy.In order to discuss its effectiveness,the author will try a teaching practice through the two works of students.Furthermore,the author will reflect the operability and weakness.
