The college entrance examination is a major event related to people's livelihood.After the founding of the People's Republic of China,in 1952,China established a unified national college enrollment system.The college entrance examination was suspended from 1966 to 1977,and resumed in October 1977.Since its formal resumption in 1977,the college entrance examination has undergone more than 30 reforms.If education is to continue to move forward,it must rely on reform.On September 3,2014,the state council issued the implementation opinions on deepening the reform of examination and enrollment(hereinafter referred to as the opinions),which indicated that China will implement the reform of college entrance examination again,and the reform involves the examination content,examination form,examination subjects and enrollment mechanism.Shandong province,as the second batch of pilot provinces for the reform of college entrance examination,officially began to implement the reform in 2017.The new college entrance examination reform has brought great challenges to the facilities,teachers and management of high schools,especially to students' choice of subjects and the teaching of history,politics,geography,chemistry,biology and physics.In order to study the current situation of history elective examination in Shandong province under the background of the new college entrance examination and the teaching strategies of high school history under this background,taking Jining city as an example,a total of 650 students and 9 front-line history teachers in three ordinary high schools in Jining city were investigated by questionnaire survey and interview.The contents of the survey include: basic information of teachers and students,the implementation degree of each school's choice of subjects,the understanding of teachers and students on the new college entrance examination policy,the guidance of each school's choice of subjects,the reasons for students' choice of history subjects,and the teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching evaluation of history teachers after the new college entrance examination reform.According to the student questionnaire,the student interview outline and the teacher interview outline,it can be seen that under the background of the new college entrance examination,there are some problems in the history teaching of Jining city.The main problems are as follows: some teachers and students do not have a thorough understanding of the new college entrance examination policy,the guidance of subject selection is not perfect,the deviation of students' interest in history subject and their intention of future career,and the immobilized teaching content,unitary teaching method and traditional teaching evaluation method of history teachers.Respectively solve these problems,it needs further teachers groups,all the students' understanding of the new college entrance examination policy,from the "use course selection guide books" and "for the students to carry out career planning guidance" to perfect the course selection guide,to "enhance the identity of the students of history" in order to gradually change the students' interest in history and intend to appear the phenomenon of deviation,engaged in the professional history teachers should take the lead in "innovation of teaching ideas," "Increase local history resources appropriately to perfect the teaching content" and "consciousness to explore the integrated use of a variety of teaching methods in history class" and "flexible using performance assessment methods to cope with the new" college entrance examination under the background of history teaching is the teaching content of immobilized,single teaching methods,teaching evaluation methods of traditional and other issues have a certain positive role.In Jining city three ordinary high school class of 2017,2018 level exam history students choose to take an examination of history and history teachers for the problems for students choose to take an examination of history teaching by problem analysis,put forward countermeasures,and apply new college entrance examination under the background of history teaching design and practice of teaching cases,hope to Jining city in Shandong province and other cities in the future to choose,to choose after the improvement of teaching history.
