This study is an action study on how to improve children's ability to solve peer conflict by using "handshake bridge".This study sets up the educational concept of "let the conflict happen naturally",and believes that peer conflict is a kind of personal experience of children,which plays a unique role in the growth of children,and returns the opportunity to solve problems to children,so as to improve their social behavior and further improve their social cognitive ability--psychological theory.This research takes zhenjiang 60 a kindergarten children as the research object,try to use observation,case and experiment,the method of using "handshake bridge" intervention on children's peer conflict,on the psychological theory as the foundation,through the practice of the experimental group and control group research,fully explore "handshake bridge" lifting action research of children's peer conflict problem solving skills.The researcher penetrates into the peer conflict situation to observe the whole process of the conflict,and makes a detailed analysis of the gender,age,conflict causes,resolution strategies and conflict results of the two parties,and interprets the individual psychological theory level of the conflict.After a period of time the implementation of "bridge" shaking hands,trying to "bridge" shaking hands is used to test the training,combined with early childhood companion conflict behavior of quantitative description and qualitative analysis,we found "a handshake bridge" for peer conflict problem and the promotion of children's psychological theory has a certain role in promoting,on different levels of psychological theory of infants and young children in different conflict situation the ability to solve the problem of peer conflict has a certain role in promoting.And summed up the following educational Suggestions: class to create a "handshake bridge" for children to build a bridge of communication,the opportunity to solve the problem back to the child;Grasping the critical period of infant's psychological theory development and using "handshaking bridge" to support infant's development at different levels of psychological theory;Pay attention to the value of psychological theory in "handshake bridge",and support children to solve problems in different conflicts.The research results will help us pay more attention to the development of children's individual interpersonal skills,better improve children's ability to solve peer conflict problems,help us better understand the development process of infant psychological theory,so as to further enrich the development of infant psychological theory.
