Under the continuous progress of the urbanization process,the migration pattern of the floating population changes to the family mode.When the migrant children follow their parents into the process of city life,the "outsider" status makes them rejected from the urban economy,culture,education and other aspects.Reflected in a companion group homogeneity is highly in the companion and difficult to integrate into the urban children groups.In this regard,the mutual support between mobile children is essential to their physical and mental health growth.This article focuses on peer conflict in the process of migrating children.Compared with non-migrant children,the exclusion of migrant children in urban life makes them in the peer conflict with their own particularity,that is lack of the support from the family and school,it also lack of the ability of conflict resolution and internal adjustment.This makes migrant children more vulnerable to self-esteem,rebellious and other psychological problems,in character,character deviation,while the possibility of criminal behavior greatly improved.In this paper,the writer use the social learning theory as a guide,for the W community children' homes to carry out children' awareness of their own,to accept themselves,recognize others,accept others,understanding and reasonable regulation of emotions,awareness and positive dealing with the theme of conflict group activities,Social workers use the mentor and supporter role to promote mobile children to enhance self-confidence,enhance conflict resolution and self-regulation.It is found that under the guidance of social learning theory,the social work theory can improve the ability of peer conflict resolution of migrant children.At the same time,we should pay attention to the integration of various professional methods in the intervention method.In the design of the content,Physical and mental development characteristics and the construction of new behavior patterns in the study object while emphasizing the inherent behavior of the old motives,the inherent conflict of the deconstruction.On the basis of this,the author discusses the particularity of the migrant children in the peer conflict and its causes,manifestations and so on,and carries on the professional reflection,in order to provide the mobile children with the more effective service.
