The advancement of intelligent device and educational informationization not only promoted the development of M-learning,but also put forward new requirements for the design and development of learning resources.Based on the study of M-learning and primary Chinese writing resources,this research summarized Five problems in the primary Chinese writing resources.First,the design of writing resources doesn't fit the learner's characteristics and subject contents;Second,the writing resources can not meet the learner's fragmented needs;the third is that the resources are presented in a homogeneous way,the links between the knowledge are not clear enough;Fourth,the order of writing resources is chaotic,can't arouse the learners' motivation and interest.Fifth,the writing learning resources are just a mass accumulation,the learning resources can't really solve the writing problems for the learners.This study aims to improve the current primary Chinese writing learning resources.In order to use the ARCS model guide the design of M-learning resources in primary school,the author has done the following researches.1.Through the literature research and questionnaire survey to analyses the current situation of " Chinese writing teaching" in primary school,then,summarized the main problems that need to be solved in the current construction of Chinese writing mobile learning resources.In this way,the motivation theory,the ubiquitous learning theory,the situational cognitive theory,the constructivist learning theory,the perceptual load theory,the SECI model and the HNM model are the theoretical basis of the research.And the ARCS model is the support.With these theories,the primary school Chinese writing mobile learning resources should be Designed and developed well.2.Analyze the primary school Chinese writing syllabus,writing contents,characteristics of students,writing digital resource types,etc.From the integration of mobile learning resources,design principles,design strategies to explain the practicability about primary Chinese writing mobile learning with ARCS model.referenced to the existing mobile learning resource design standards,this paper proposes a primary school language writing resource design model based on ARCS model to guide the follow-up research.3.According to ARCS's primary school Chinese writing mobile learning resource design process,from the knowledge,situational,personality and interactive four dimensions to design learning content,learning activities and micro-media.And use Android to build a mobile learning resource platform to integrate resources and platforms.4.Finally,select some primary school students to conduct small-scale resource trials,and conduct questionnaire surveys on interface interaction,content design,and learning experience.Practice has proved that primary school Chinese writing mobile resources base on the ARCS model have achieved good results at "knowledge","situational"," personality" and "interactivity",not only meet the learners need of Writing resources,but also making great breakthroughs in stimulating and sustaining learners' motivation of learning.
