With the time's move on,the network has slowly begun to spread all over the world.People could interact and learn with each other through the Internet anytime and anywhere,so that the online learning space came into being. The state has been promoting the construction of online learning space since 2012.Therefore,it is very important to study the knowledge sharing behavior of online learning space.Social cognition theory is widely used in various fields. It is believed that human behavior, individual factors and social environment are the three interactions. Therefore, based on social cognition theory, this paper theoretically explores the knowledge sharing behavior of online learning space and proposes the theoretical model of knowledge sharing behavior. This paper is based on ternary reciprocal determinism, observational learning,self-efficacy theory, social cognitive theory and outcome expectation.Among them, integrating ternary reciprocal determinism and observational learning as an external factor that affecting knowledge sharing behavior, adding the other three models, social cognitive, outcome expectations and Self-efficacy,forming four dimensions in total. The questionnaires are used to explore the factors affecting the knowledge sharing behavior of online learning space. The questionnaire also adopts the dimension of knowledge sharing behavior to explore the current situation of learners' knowledge sharing behavior. The results of the questionnaire were processed by SPSS20.0 for reliability and validity analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis.Studies have shown that self-efficacy,social cognitive and outcome expectation have a significant impact on online learning space knowledge sharing behavior.
