In information age, the traditional forms of teaching and learning cannot meet the requirements of the time. Learning style should be changed. The change will inevitably needs the support of technology. Online learning space arises at the historic moment. The rise of online learning space will be better able to meet the teaching and learning of teachers and students, to provide a guarantee for the changes of learning style. The opening rate of the online learning space have been improved year by year, which has become the main carrier for students to study, exchange and share. The knowledge sharing in the online learning space will promote the accumulation of spatial resources.In order to better guarantee the knowledge sharing behavior in the online learning space,the factors affecting knowledge sharing are researched in this paper.the combination of social cognitive theory and the theory of planned behavior provide a new perspective for the research of the student knowledge sharing impact factors in online learning-space. In this paper, based on the two theories, the student knowledge sharing impact factors in online learning space is analyzed, and the theoretical model is established.This paper mainly researches on the following six sections, the concrete research content is as follows:Part 1: Introduction. Firstly, the background of the study is described, and the significance of the student knowledge sharing impact factors in online learning space is explained. Finally, the research framework of this study is formed.Part 2: Literature review. It is mainly on the online learning space and knowledge sharing factors in the literature review.Part 3: Theoretical model construction. Based on the study of the present situation and the basis of this study, the theoretical model of students' knowledge sharing factors in the online learning space is constructed from the aspects of self-efficacy, result expectation, social influence, trust, behavior intention and adjustment variable.Part 4: Scale construction. According to the theoretical model, the research scale of this paper is formed, and the data are collected and summarized.Part 5: Data analysis and model testing. First of all, the use of social science statistical software (SPSS) for data reliability and validity analysis, regression analysis.analysis. On the basis of data analysis, the structural equation model is used to test the theoretical model. Finally, the theoretical model is revised.Part 6: Findings and Prospects. First of all, the conclusion of this paper is summarized, and some suggestions are put forward based on the research conclusion on the construction of network learning space. Finally, the shortcomings of this study are reviewed and the future research direction is looked into.This paper concludes that:The relationship between impact factors and knowledge sharing behavior:self-efficacy, outcome expectations and trust have significant positive influence on the students' knowledge sharing behavior in online learning space. Social implications also has a positive influence on knowledge sharing behavior, but the impact coefficient is low.The relationship between impact factors: self-efficacy, trust both have a positive correlation with the outcome expectations, and there is a positive correlation between trust and self-efficacy. It can reflect that the stronger self-efficacy, the good results of knowledge sharing behavior is higher than expected. The interaction of the online learning space enhances the students' understanding. Students are willing to share knowledge with people who trust themselves with each other.The construction of online learning space:Set up the "shared essence area" module. Share the excellent content to the top, and push them to the students' personal learning space. This may expand the scope of these shared contents.Simplify the operation of functional modules. such as the release of online learning space manual so that students will not because of the use of online learning space is not skilled, reducing the use of online learning space for knowledge sharing confidence.Focus on the culture construction of online learning space. Create an environment conducive for students to communicate with each other, so that students gradually form interpersonal trust. Promote more knowledge sharing behavior in the online learning space.
