Online collaborative learning is collaborative learning which based on 'the online learning space.It allows members to exchange knowledge and assign tasks in any time and any way.It can effectively cultivate learners' cooperative ability,critical spirit,creative thinking,etc.,which has been widely used in colleges and universities.This way has become the mainstream of learning in the educational information era.In online collaborative teams,knowledge is scattered among learning individuals.The only interactive means of communication is using network technology.It is important for teamwork to improve the learning performance of teams.Therefore,it is of great significance for improving learning efficiency and learning performance to research the influential factors of learner knowledge sharing in the process of online collaborative learning.However,what are factors that affect the knowledge sharing of online collaborative learners?How do them influence the learners' knowledge sharing behavior?According to the subject,this article explores the influential factors of knowledge sharing behavior in online collaborative learning and gives suggestions for improvement based on actual situation.It can guide us to improve online collaborative teaching practice and effectiveness.First,according to the current research,this study extracts the influential factors of knowledge sharing behaviors in online collaborative learning from the aspects of individuals,teams and technologies.After interviewing several experts and students,this study found six research variables:team trust,team social interaction,personal attitude,self-efficacy,perceived technology usefulness and knowledge sharing behavior.According to the theory,this research constructs Structural Equation Model and hypotheses.Then,based on the above six research variables,this paper selected suitable questionnaire.By pretesting sample,the questionnaire was modified.There are 281 subjects from the department of education and information technology in a normal university in Hubei,who have participated in online collaborative learning.In the study,SPSS software was used to analyze the sample,and MPLUS was used to test Structural Equation Model.Finally,under the research results and interview content,this article summarizes the mechanism of learners' knowledge sharing behavior in online collaborative learning,and puts forward some suggestions and strategies for promotingknowledge sharing behavior.Results revealed the following findings:(1)Personal factors are the key to theknowledge sharing behavior.(2)Attitude and self-efficacy have a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing behavior,and attitude has a greater impact.(3)Social interaction in team has a significant impact on attitudes and self-efficacy.(4)Perceived technology usefulness has a significant positive impact on attitudes and self-efficacy.(5)There is a full mediating effect of attitude in the process of team social interaction affecting knowledge sharing behavior.(6)There is a complete mediating effect of attitude in the process of perceived technology usefulness to affect knowledge sharing behavior.(7)Self-efficacy has a full mediating effect in the process of perceived technology usefulness to influence knowledge sharing behavior.According to the research results,this study proposes five suggestions from theaspects of individual,team and technology to improve the knowledge sharing behavior in online collaborative learning:(1)setting learning tasks reasonably to improve learner self-confidence;(2)paying attention to the development of individual learners and stimulate their interest in learning;(3)improving the collaborative learning evaluation system and creating an open and transparent learning atmosphere;(4)promoting the interpersonal relationships of team members and the development of harmonious and harmonious relationships;(5)optimizing learning community information technology and learner experience.
