With the development of our country's economy,the people's living standard is constantly improving,and the material life is satisfied.At the same time,the kinds of food are constantly enriched,followed by various food safety problems.As a public place to cultivate the future pillars of the country,the school not only shoulders the mission of cultivating students to become talented,but also shoulders the expectation of providing students with a safe campus environment.Primary and secondary school students are still in the stage of development,with social and physiological vulnerability,so the problem of food safety in primary and secondary schools should be paid more attention to.At present,although domestic scholars have made some achievements in the study of campus food safety,the research on campus food safety governance for primary and secondary school groups is still in its infancy,and the definition and classification analysis of stakeholders by stakeholder theory can provide a solid theoretical explanation for the behavior of each subject in campus food safety governance,which has strong adaptability and persuasion.Therefore,in order to deeply study the problem of food safety governance in primary and secondary schools in China,this paper cuts into the perspective of stakeholder theory,with the help of Mitchell scoring method to define the attributes of power,legitimacy and urgency of stakeholders.At the same time,taking "Chengdu No.7 Middle School Campus Food Safety incident" as an example,this paper first introduces the course of the matter based on the case itself,then deeply analyzes the food safety management problem of primary and secondary schools in China from the perspective of stakeholder theory analysis,find the reasons behind the problem from shallow to deep,puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the behavior of different types of stakeholders in the process of governance,and sets up a multi-center governance model of food safety in primary and secondary schools.In order to provide a systematic management plan for food safety in primary and secondary schools in China.
