Primary and secondary schools are an important part of the social education system.The issue of food safety on campus has always been the focus of social concern.It is related to the health and property safety of teachers and students in primary and secondary schools,the happiness of thousands of families,the degree of campus harmony,and even the stability of the whole society.Through previous literature review and investigation,it is found that most of the domestic and foreign researches on this subject focus on "food safety control and management",and the researches on food safety control and management in primary and secondary schools are basically blank.At present,there are many problems in the control and management of food safety in primary and secondary schools,such as imperfect early warning mechanism,inadequate control and management of food safety around the campus,and lack of emergency management measures for food safety.Therefore,it is urgent and necessary to carry out relevant research on food safety control and management in primary and secondary schools.Primary and secondary school school food safety may be hidden crisis,only to establish a reasonable and effective control and management system,can be prevented.Article in food safety control and management of domestic and foreign research present situation and the existing on the basis of relevant theories,combining with the characteristics of primary and secondary school students and the characteristics of the campus for primary and middle school campus and the problems of food safety control and management is insufficient,cut from the crisis,crisis preparation,crisis response,recovery four stages presented specifically for food safety control and management of the related countermeasures of primary and secondary schools,the initial formation of primary and secondary schools for food safety control and management of the scheme,as much as possible on the content of crisis management to resolve existing in primary and middle school campus food safety crisis.This research mainly supported by the crisis management theory,using the 4R crisis management model of Robert heath,combined with the relevant food safety knowledge,in primary and middle school students in Dalian as an example,according to the basic situation and literature review,the related concepts and theoretical basis,Dalian food safety control and management status of primary and secondary schools,primary and secondary schools of food safety control and management measures,the conclusion and prospect of several process.Which adopted the method of literature review on the research background and be prepared for the basic theory,adopt the method of questionnaire,interview and induction to understand the current situation of food safety control and management of primary and secondary schools in Dalian,through data analysis and quantitative research results,to explore the existing problems,puts forward some countermeasures for Dalian food safety control and management of primary and secondary schools,finally through the induction come to the conclusion and prospect are put forward.The purpose of this study is to make the study of food safety control and management in primary and secondary schools not empty,and to effectively use it in reality,so as to provide constructive Suggestions for the control and management of food safety in primary and secondary schools in Dalian.
