As a full-time public junior middle school in the urban area,X junior middle school has always been faced with the reality that the overall quality of teachers is uneven,there is too much difference in student enrollment performance,and the student enrollment structure needs to be improved.Fundamentally change the status quo is impossible under the premise of teaching effectiveness,research to improve the teaching effectiveness of countermeasures,with the development of Chinese students at the core of the quality as the goal,let the students learn to learn,healthy living,bear responsibility,and practical innovation,have the humanities background and scientific spirit to realize the development of high quality,and the key to cultivate and develop the students or the teacher.Teachers in school change the traditional teaching methods to improve students' learning initiative,promote the overall development of students,etc.,are not negligible problems in teaching effectiveness research.Therefore,based on the research on teachers' teaching effectiveness,this study constructs a framework of teaching effectiveness by referring to relevant research literature at home and abroad.In the part of theoretical research,it mainly analyzes the meaning and components of teaching effectiveness and puts forward the countermeasures to improve teaching effectiveness,which lays a foundation for the later empirical research on teaching effectiveness.The empirical part of the study is mainly focused on countermeasure research "the interaction between teacher effectiveness and student effectiveness".This paper analyzes the relationship between teachers' situational awareness,professional competence and behavioral performance and their relationship with students' learning needs and psychological needs.Research to select one hundred teachers of three grades as the research object,adopts the questionnaire as a research tool,through the teachers' teaching work questionnaire(teacher)and students' life questionnaire to collect information of class teaching activities,through data analysis,it is concluded that the improvement of teaching efficiency and the professional ability and teacher's situation,the behavior is,and which is closely linked with the students' psychology and the needs of the students have a lot to do.It can be seen that the degree of teachers' job involvement,the importance of students' needs and the creation of a good class atmosphere are all useful factors for improving teaching efficiency.
