Research On The Quality Of Nursery Caregivers In Kindergartens

Kindergarten Work Regulations" clearly states:"Kindergarten is an institution that implements childcare and education for preschool children over three years of age." One of the focuses of kindergarten work is childcare,and the younger the age of children,the importance of childcare.It is more prominent.The development of children's physical and mental development is closely related to the development of childcare work.The childcare work has an impact on children's long-term development.With the development of early childhood education,the content of conservation work has been continuously expanded,science and education have continued to strengthen,the scope of conservation has become larger and larger,the degree of difficulty has continued to increase,and higher quality of conservation has been increasingly pursued.In order to ensure the quality of childcare work and truly promote the harmonious and healthy development of children's body and mind,it is necessary to pay attention to the quality of childcare workers.Based on the analysis of the related literature of the nurses,this study starts with the basic situation of the nurses and the five aspects of the quality of the nurses.The questionnaire survey is conducted among the five kindergarten nurses in Kunming and from each public park.Randomly selected 3 nurses,that is,a total of 15 nurses were selected for further observation and interviews.The quality of some public kindergarten nurses in Kunming was analyzed.The causes of the problems were analyzed.Finally,suggestions for promoting the quality of the nurses were put forward.The content of the paper is divided into the following four parts:The first part is introduction.This part mainly discusses the topic selection,literature review,definition of core concepts and research design.The second part is the analysis of the status quo of the quality of the five nurses in Kunming City,which is also the focus of this study.This part mainly analyzes the five aspects of the physical and mental quality,professional ethics,conservation concept,conservation knowledge and conservation skills of the nurses.The third part is the analysis of the problems and causes of the quality of nurses in five public parks in Kunming.This part mainly analyzes the problems and reasons in the quality of nurses.The study found that the quality of childcare workers still exists such as lack of persistence in childcare work;the behavior of childcare is influenced by traditional concept of conservation;the knowledge of conservation is one-sided and unitary;the skills of childcare do not meet the requirements of meeting educational activities,and attempts to analyze the reasons.The fourth part,suggestions and reflections.This part mainly puts forward some pertinent suggestions for the problems found in the previous part:raise the entry threshold for nurses and clearly position the role of nurses;Perfecting the training system of nurses and promoting their specialization;Establishing the evaluation and incentive mechanism for nurses,Help nurses to establish the awareness of lifelong learning.At the same time,I deeply reflect on this research and the deficiencies of the researchers.
