Diseases cause serious harm to people's life and health,and bring a heavy blow to individuals and families.They not only affect the health of individuals,but also have a physical and mental impact on their families after they become ill.At present,China's industrialization is developing rapidly,and various pollution will also be caused in this process.As China's air and environmental pollution become more serious,the prevalence of blood system diseases is gradually increasing,and the number of patients in hematology is on the rise.In the process of care,they have suffered different degrees of physical and mental care and the type of care load,which not only affects the physical and mental health of the caregiver,but also has a corresponding impact on the patient's disease treatment.This study takes the Department of Hematology of Shenzhen R Hospital as an example to explore the care load and related influencing factors in the care of caregivers.It is feasible to relieve the care load of caregivers of hematology patients and promote the physical and mental health of patients and caregivers.Sexual advice.This study used a qualitative research method to establish a good relationship with hematology patients and caregivers through an internship in the Department of Hematology,Shenzhen R Hospital.The semi-structured interview method was used to collect interview data from 12 hematologist caregivers.Organize relevant interviews to explore the care load of caregivers of hematology patients and the influencing factors of their existence.The results of the study indicate the following:(1)The caregivers of hematologists are generally burdened with care,the burden of care is relatively heavy,and both physical and psychological effects are affected to a certain extent.Female care load is higher than that of male,of which husband and wife Caregivers of parent-child relationships are more seriously cared for.(2)The real experience of the caregiver of the hematology department consists of two parts,taking care of the negative experience and taking care of the positive experience.The negativeexperience of care mainly includes four parts of the care load,namely economic load,support load,physical and mental load.And the social load;taking care of the positive experience mainly includes the alienation of the family relationship and the positive feelings of the two aspects of the patient's sympathy and care for the patient's condition to ease or even improve.(3)The influencing factors of caregivers' care load in hematology patients are as follows: medical expenses,social support,patient disease treatment,provided care time,hospital environment,family income,medical policy,caregiver's physical condition,occupation The impact of factors such as gender and age.(4)Medical social workers,volunteers,hospitals,and policies should pay attention to the caregiver's situation,provide them with appropriate care and services,and promote the physical and mental health of the caregiver and the treatment of the patient's disease,while the caregiver and his family should also put in effort.
