Vocational education provides talent support and intellectual support for China's economic construction.Vocational formative education is the starting point of talent training and career planning,which plays an important role in guiding students to establish labor concept,understand the career world and value.China's educational investment tends to higher education,and social attitudes discriminate against the vocational education.Students lack life and career planning,and their learning motivation is not strong,their goals are not clear and their learning is not active.The Ministry of Education has proposed plans to speed up education and teaching,curriculum reform and improve the modern vocational education system,but the effect is not obvious.So the key is to change the concept of education and expand the career education to the primary education stage of students,and to strengthen the formative education of labor and occupation.In view of the lack of vocational formative education in China,this paper takes primary schools in Changchun as the object of investigation to carry out a study on the status quo of vocational formative education.By summarizing the foreign research experience and theoretical results through the literature research method,it is found that the research on the present situation of vocational formative education in China is at the stage of theoretical exploration.Questionnaire survey on teachers and students shows that there are some problems in vocational formative education.Firstly,the government lacks of the educational policies,educational plans and the educational departments lack of supervision.Secondly,there is a serious shortage of school-related teaching plans,curriculum arrangements,teachers and textbooks,and the lack of educational ideas of vocational formative education.Thirdly,parents lack of educational concepts of vocational formative education.In view of the above problems,the reasons are analyzed from three aspects: the government has not played a leading role,the school has not played a main role,and the family education has deviated from the concept of vocational formative education.The suggestions for the implementation of vocational formative education are as follows: With policies and resources as guarantee,we should set up supervision,evaluation and evaluation indicators and improve the construction of modern vocational education system.The school establishes the training system of vocational formative education,establishes independent disciplines and interdisciplinary infiltration to carry out vocational formative education,so as to expand the path of school education by carrying out the teaching mode of "in-school + out-of-school".Integrating the spirit of craftsmen into vocational formative education to guide schools to change the idea of "examination-oriented education";Help parents to establish the concept of vocational formative education and change the traditional concept of "learning while excelling is official" in family education.
