eaching evaluation is an important part of moral education in Vocational schools,and also an important means to ensure the effective implementation of moral education curriculum.The syllabus of moral education curriculum in secondary vocational schools requires that "moral education curriculum should construct a pluralistic evaluation system combining summative evaluation with formative evaluation".At present,influenced by the traditional idea of examination-oriented education,the teaching evaluation of moral education in secondary vocational schools is still based on summative evaluation.Teachers and students attach importance to results,process,knowledge and emotion,etc.The present situation makes the learning of secondary vocational students have strong utilitarianism.Even if some teachers of moral education adopt formative evaluation,the teaching effect is not satisfactory.It is far from the requirement of quality education.At the National Education Conference in 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that "we should reverse the unscientific orientation of education evaluation,resolutely overcome the" Five-Way "stubborn illness of" only scores,only admissions,only diplomas,only papers and only hats ",and fundamentally solve the problem of baton of education evaluation." Therefore,reasonable teaching evaluation is of great significance to education.By analyzing the theoretical system of formative evaluation and its significance in the application of moral education in secondary vocational schools,this paper studies and investigates the current situation of formative evaluation in the teaching of "Professional Ethics and Law" in a health school in Sichuan Province,summarizes the problems existing in the application of formative evaluation,analyses the causes of the problems,and puts forward solutions to the problems.The purpose of this study is to summarize the dilemma existing in the evaluation model of moral education teaching in secondary vocational schools through investigation and interview,find out the reasons for continuous improvement and optimization of the current evaluation model,and truly promote students' learning and teachers' teaching,especially focusing on formative evaluation after its application in moral education teaching in Secondary Vocational schools,which has a certain promoting effect on improving the quality of teaching,and is conducive to formative to formative.The theoretical development of evaluation is also conducive to the achievement of the objectives of moral education in secondary vocational schools,and ultimately to the overall development of students.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction.This part introduces the background and significance of this study,summarizes the relevant theory and Application Research of formative assessment at home and abroad,and defines the content and method of this study.The second part is the definition of formative evaluation and its theoretical basis.This part defines the concept of formative evaluation and summarizes its characteristics.It also analyses the reasons why constructivist learning theory,humanistic learning theory and multiple intelligences theory can be used as a solid theoretical basis for formative evaluation in moral education teaching in secondary vocational schools.Formative evaluation runs through the whole teaching process,helping students learn and evaluating teachers' teaching,and constantly promoting teaching improvement.The third part is a survey of the application of formative evaluation in moral education teaching in secondary vocational schools.Firstly,this part introduces the teaching evaluation scheme used in the moral education teaching of a health school in Sichuan Province at the present stage,interviewing and investigating teachers and students.Find out the main problems of formative evaluation in the application of Occupational Ethics and Law,and analyze the reasons.The fourth part is to put forward countermeasures to solve the existing problems and reasons.This part aims at solving the problems existing in the application of formative evaluation in the teaching of vocational moral education course "Professional Ethics and Law",aiming at improving the theoretical system of teaching application and enhancing the application ability of teachers in the post-classical teaching.
