Psychological Harmony Cultivation Of Excellent College Students From The Perspective Of Values

In recent years,the term "psychological harmony" has attracted great attention.,and research on psychological harmony has sprung up.At the same time,the psychological harmony of "excellent college students" has also received widespread attention from the society.The problem of psychological harmony of "excellent college students" is not a purely psychological problem,which involves values.Scientific and correct values are important prerequisites for psychological harmony.From the perspective of values,this thesis conducts an in-depth study on the psychological harmony cultivation of "excellent college students".An important prerequisite for this research is the close connection between psychological harmony and values.Psychological harmony and values have the same subject-"people",and both belong to the category of ideological and political education.Values have a guiding role in the formation of psychological harmony,and psychological harmony has a guarantee function for the cultivation of values.At present,most "excellent college students" are in good psychological harmony,but some "excellent college students" are in a state of psychological disharmony.The psychological harmony of "excellent college students" is manifested in good self-internal psychology,psychology of human-thing and interpersonal psychology.The three interact and restrict each other.The typical performance of "excellent college students'" psychological disharmony is:"hollow disease",excessive "pursuit of perfection","exquisite self-interest" and so on.From the perspective of values,value emptiness,value bias,and value pluralism are important reasons for the psychological disharmony of "excellent college students"."excellent college students"should be guided by reasonable values to promote them to internalize their correct values into the heart and externalize,and achieve psychological harmony.
