| At present,our country is in the important stage of building a strong country in sports."Taking sports people and exercising to build people" has become an important goal of college education reform in the new era.Based on this demand,more and more sports are introduced into college physical education courses.among.Table tennis is known as the "national ball" in our country.It is a sport that is deeply loved by the whole people and can achieve the effect of strengthening physical fitness.Now more and more colleges and universities have opened table tennis general courses one after another.However,because table tennis learning has the characteristics of a long period and high basic skills,it is not easy for students to master relatively standardized and systematic table tennis technical movements within a limited course time.This has always been a problem for college table tennis.The bottleneck and difficulty of the course development.As a psychological training method,the representational training method has been widely used in sports training in recent years,and it has been proved through a lot of practice that it can promote the mastery of the technical movement of the trainer.In order to further improve the teaching effect of the general course of table tennis in colleges and universities,this research project tries to apply the representation training method in the general course of table tennis in colleges and universities,and uses the students majoring in physical education of Shangqiu Normal College as the research object.Divided into the experimental group(using the representational training method)and the control group(using the conventional training method),the two groups of students were subjected to an 18-week experimental study,and finally statistical analysis of the obtained data,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Before the experiment,there was no significant difference in the basic skills of table tennis between the experimental class and the control class.After the experiment,the students in the experimental class who used the representational training had improved their table tennis skills significantly,and the test data of table tennis technical indicators was significantly better than the conventional singing The trained students in the control class(P<0.05)proved that the application of representational training in the general ping-pong class in colleges and universities promotes the mastery of the ping-pong technical skills of the students.(2)Before the experiment,there was no significant difference between the visual ability of the experimental class and the control class.After the experiment,the visual ability of the students in the experimental class who used the visual training was significantly improved,which was significantly better than the students in the control class who used the conventional singing training(P<0.05)),to prove that the student’s appearance ability can be achieved through training.(3)Before the experiment,there was no significant difference in the learning interest of table tennis between the experimental class and the control class.After the experiment,the students’ interest in table tennis learning in the experimental class using representational training increased significantly,and the interest survey statistics were significantly better than those in singing routines.The trained students in the control class(P<0.05)proved that in the general class of table tennis in colleges and universities,the application of representational training can help stimulate students’ interest in table tennis and achieve the purpose of lifelong sports. |
