Children and adolescents are the hope of the country and the nation,shouldering the heavy responsibility of building the future of the motherland,and improving their physical fitness is the core of current primary and secondary education.Pupils aged 8-11 have a lot of interest in ball games,and their athletic ability can also meet the requirements of tennis training.How to improve the tennis special ability of primary school students through extracurricular tennis training is the focus of many primary school extracurricular ability training.And difficult,there is an urgent need to study effective training methods.This study aims to explore the effectiveness of RPT training methods for primary school students,to explore the advantages and reasons of this training method compared with traditional methods,to provide experimental data on training methods for the development of primary school tennis programs in China,for the early enlightenment of tennis and excellent tennis reserve.Talent training provides a theoretical reference.This study takes the students of Grade 2-5 of Haidian District National Primary School in Beijing as the research object,and takes the extracurricular tennis training method as the main research content.Among the primary school students,60 people participate in the16-week extra-curricular tennis training.The students are divided into two.In the group,the experimental group used the RPT training method,while the control group used the traditional training method.In the training,the two groups of students were tested on the physical quality,special tennis skills,psychological quality and other aspects of the field test and questionnaire survey,collecting data and combining mathematics Statistical methods,comparative analysis of the physical fitness,mastery of tennis skills,and psychological characteristics of the two tennis training methods to comprehensively evaluate the training effect.The results of this study showed that after 16 weeks of extracurricular tennis training,the experimental group students had significant improvement in specific physical quality,tennis skills and psychological quality(p value < 0.05);while the control group students had special physical quality.The improvement was worse than the experimental group,and there was no significant improvement in terms of technical mastery and psychological quality.This study shows that the RPT tennis training methods can be better combined with the characteristics of youth tennis compared to the traditional training methods,and may be more suitable for the special training of tennis for today's primary school students.
