| Table tennis is an advantageous sport in our country,which has been well promoted in our country.Our country’s table tennis competitive level is leading the world.In recent years,with the development of sports,many sports are in full swing.However,the fever of table tennis has declined relatively.The reason lies in the delicate technical movements of table tennis,beginners are not easy to start,lack of interesting.As a result,the number of people involved has decreased.When beginners learn table tennis skills,they will inevitably miss the ball because of the poor sense of the ball.In practice,it is often difficult to play a round,and a lot of time is wasted on picking up the ball and serving it.As a result,they become tired and lose interest in learning.Imagery training method is one of the most widely used psychological training methods in sports practice,and many experiments have proved that it has a good role in promoting the mastery of technology.In view of this,this study applies the image training method to the table tennis teaching of junior high school students,mainly teaching the preparatory level technology of the national table tennis grade standard.To study the effect of imagery training method on students’ table tennis skills,learning interest and imagery ability.In this study,the experimental method is the main method,and the image training method is used in the teaching experiment of table tennis preparatory level technology for junior high school students.The subjects of the experiment are two students of table tennis interest class one hour after class in Jiaming Branch of Beijing Chen Jinglun Middle School.The two classes were divided into experimental group and control group.26 students in experimental group were taught by imagery training method,while 26 students in control group were taught by traditional teaching method.The results show that:(1)The number of successful forehand attack,backhand stroke and forehand flat attack serves and technical evaluation scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.There were significant differences in the number of successful forehand attack and backhand stroke,forehand attack and technical evaluation results(p < 0.05).There were no significant differences in the technical evaluation results of backhand stroke,forehand flat attack and technical evaluation results(p > 0.05).(2)The scores of positive interest,negative interest,table tennis participation,autonomy and exploration and the total scores of six dimensions in the experimental group and the control group were higher than those in the control group.Only the twodimensions of attention to table tennis and awareness of table tennis in the experimental group were slightly lower than those in the control group.There were significant differences in positive interest,negative interest,table tennis participation,autonomy and inquiry,and the total score of six dimensions between the two groups(P < 0.05),among which there were significant differences in negative interest,autonomy and inquiry(P < 0.01).The two groups are basically equal in terms of attention to table tennis and knowledge of table tennis.(p > 0.05)(3)After the experiment,there was no significant difference in the scores of kinesthetic imagery between the experimental group and the control group(p > 0.05),but there was significant difference in the scores of visual imagery(P < 0.05).The visual image ability of the experimental group improved significantly before and after the experiment(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of visual and kinesthetic imagery ability before and after the experiment in the control group(p >0.05).This study draws the following conclusions:(1)Applying imagery training method in table tennis teaching of junior high school students,mainly using external imagery intervention.It can effectively improve students’ table tennis skills.Students’ forehand attack,backhand stroke and forehand flat serve are better than traditional training methods.(2)Appearance training method is adopted in table tennis teaching of junior high school students,which improves their interest in learning table tennis.It improves students’ enthusiasm,participation,autonomy and inquiry in learning table tennis.(3)Applying imagery training method in table tennis teaching of junior high school students can improve their imagery ability to a certain extent,and the visual imagery ability of experimental group students has been greatly improved.But the effect of the three-month intervention was not obvious.(4)Let students watch their own training videos by playing standard technical action videos through computer circulation and disseminating students’ training videos by Wechat,and make a comparative analysis with the standard action,and teachers guide them.It can effectively improve students’ table tennis skills,enable students to quickly grasp the essentials of action,and improve learning efficiency. |
