Study On The Supply Of Public Sports Service In Xinbei District Of Changzhou

With the acceleration of urbanization,the construction of public sports service is an important part of the whole urbanization construction system.Its construction results are not only related to the construction of urban public service,but also closely related to whether people can participate in national fitness activities.As a part of the grass-root public service construction system,the development of public sports service is inseparable from the construction and improvement of the service supply mechanism.As a prefecture-level city in Jiangsu province,Changzhou has made remarkable achievements in the construction of urban public services in recent years.It has achieved rapid development in the construction of transportation,logistics and other urban infrastructure services.The public sports supply service construction in Xinbei district of Changzhou started relatively late.At present,under the call of the national government to actively promote the policy of "national fitness" and sunshine sports industry,Changzhou Xinbei district must improve the public sports supply service on the existing basis.However,it is also faced with many difficulties in the actual construction process,such as the lack of supply resources of public sports service and the lack fund of public sports service and so on.Looking for the solution to these problems is particularly crucial to establish and improve the public sports service supply construction in Xinbei district of Changzhou.This paper,taking Changzhou Xinbei district as an example,based on basic theories such as the new public service theory,makes a comprehensive analysis on the public sports service system construction,and by adopting literature method,interview method,questionnaire and other research methods,it also offers some solutions to the current public sports service supply construction.Specifically,the main content of this paper is divided into five chapters:chapter one is the introduction.The second chapter is related concepts and theoretical basis.Chapter three analyzes the current situation of public sports service supply in Xinbei district of Changzhou.The first section analyzes measures taken by the government and the achievements made in recent years.The second section is the main problems in the supply of public sports service in Xinbei district of Changzhou.The third section analyzes the causes of the problems.The fourth chapter is about the experience of foreign and domestic public sports service supply.The first section is the foreign experience:Germany,Britain,America;The second section is the domestic experience:Shanghai,Guangzhou,Changzhou Wujin district.The third section is for reference.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the construction of public sports service supply system in Xinbei district of Changzhou city.At the end of the paper,it summarizes the whole paper,pointing out that the public sports service supply construction started relatively late in Xinbei district of Changzhou compared to that of Shanghai,Guangzhou and Wujin district of Changzhou,and hoping that the study can give some inspiration and advice to the public sports construction of similar district because of the lack of similar study.
