With the rapid development of my country's social economy,the people's awareness of sports continues to increase and the demand for fitness is increasing.National Fitness became a national strategy in 2014.Jiangsu took this as an opportunity to propose an innovative cooperation model in which the province and the ministry cooperated to jointly create a public sports service system.Lishui District of Nanjing City was included in the first batch of“Jiangsu Public Sports Service System Demonstration Zone” In the creation of the list,it is of certain value to conduct a case study of the public sports service system in Lishui District.This thesis takes the public sports service system of Lishui District in Nanjing as the research object,finds relevant books,documents and policies,systematically summarizes and reviews the development of the public sports service system,learns relevant basic theoretical knowledge,innovates interview models,changes interview subjects and integrates with the field The survey method collects and organizes relevant data and information,and uses ArcGIS technology to quantitatively analyze the data.In-depth analysis of the current situation and deficiencies of the public sports service system in Lishui District,Nanjing,and then targeted optimization strategies to play a guiding role in the construction of public sports service system in Lishui District,Nanjing,and thus provide diversification and enrichment for the people The conclusions are summarized as follows.First,the construction of a public sports service system in Lishui District has achieved a series of results.It has been awarded the titles of "Jiangsu Public Sports Service System Demonstration Area" and "National Sports Industry Demonstration Base",and has guidance of policy documents are the three most important basic guarantees for the construction of public sports service systems.To ensure that professional sports talents are not lost,expand the source of funding,and develop The policy document on the characteristics of Lishui promotes the public sports service system in Lishui District to a new level.Fifth,reducing the government's dependence on social organizations and introducing appropriate market-oriented operations will help the government to reduce funding and management pressures,as well as help social organizations play an economic role and generate a sense of collective honor.Villages,towns and subdistricts play a role of social organization,jointly undertake mass sports activities with brand characteristics,and drive more surrounding residents to participate in the national fitness boom and promotion work.Sixth,to improve the effectiveness of the public sports service system,it needs to be evaluated
