| In December 31,2013,the State Sports General Administration and the Jiangsu provincial government signed a "cooperation agreement" demonstration area of the construction of public sports service system in Wujin District of Changzhou City,driving around the country which based on "Wujin model",explore the establishment of a scientific and efficient system of public sports service.Study and discuss how to strengthen the construction of community public sports facilities,so that community sports can develop better and faster.To the rest of the public sports construction can provide some valuable ideas,to promote the development of public sports,using the method of literature,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to fully understand the status and operation of public sports service in Changzhou District of Wujin City,put forward constructive suggestions to promote public sports services in the field of theory and practice innovation,explore the new mode of public sports,so as to better carry out fitness work.Investigation and Analysis on the status of Wujin district public sports service,the other areas of practical learning "mode of Wujin" to further strengthen the Countermeasures of public sports services in the local domain,so as to promote the "Wujin model".conclusion1,Wujin sports work in order to speed up the creation of a public sports service system demonstration area as the goal,to achieve balanced urban and rural areas,regional and structural,public welfare and mass organizations equal attention,highlighting participation and Pratt & Whitney,and achieved good results.2,the relevant sports policy is sound,operational,sufficient public sports services,adequate supply of high quality and balanced development between regions.3,Wujin public sports service has strong legal and policy support,and has a perfect supervision mechanism,the government sports departments and sports associations to give full play to targeted fitness guidance and information services.4,the sports activities are rich in organization and content,attractive and meet the needs of all classes of people.However,although the sports service system has made some achievements,there are still imperfections.5 Changzhou city Wujin district social sports guidance station work good operation,scientific management,to play social sports instructors in fitness activities of the organization,guidance,demonstration effect,efficient development can better promote the national fitness work.It is suggested that other regions should take the following measures in the construction of public sports:1,the relevant government departments will continue to increase leisure sports facilities investment,increase leisure sports venues.2,speed up leisure sports professionals training,especially focusing on leisure sports planning management,leisure sports planning management,leisure sports marketing management,leisure sports market management and other professional training.3,without affecting the teaching order,the government should encourage the city's school fitness facilities to gradually open to the public.At the same time,non public health facilities are encouraged to be opened to resident residents.4,relevant departments should strengthen the supervision of public sports facilities,and crack down on malicious or theft of public sports facilities.5,on the one hand,residents and public places sports facilities maintenance and renovation costs,the establishment of urban and street reasonable sharing of long-term mechanism,so that maintenance and renovation work can be standardized and orderly.On the other hand,increase investment in sports facilities maintenance,and arrange a number of personnel,regular inspection and repair of fitness facilities.6,strengthen publicity of public sports facilities protection,and cherish public facilities is a long-term road. |
