The training of primary and middle school principals is an integral part of modem life-long education and continuing education system,and an important way to accelerate the growth of chancellor principals.The essence is to obtain high-quality human resources and improve the quality and efficiency of basic education management.The training management of primary and middle school principals is a measure and behavior for the trainers to achieve the specified goal through certain management procedures,methods and means in the course of the training of primary and secondary school principals.This is the basis for further standardization,institutionalization and scientific training of primary and secondary school principals.lt is related to the implementation of the whole training,to the improvement of training quality,to the direction and strength of the development of basic education schools.On the basis of clarifying the training and management thoughts of primary and middle school principals9this paper takes the training of primary and middle school principals in Nanjing Xiaozhuang University as the specific research object,and takes the application of management related theories in improving the quality assurance of primary and secondary school principalsundefined training as the basis.By studying the successful cases and experiences of improving the training and management quality of primary and middle school principals at home and abroad,this paper makes a concrete analysis of the present situation and existing problems,and tries to find out the countermeasures.The problems of Nanjing Xiaozhuang University in the training management of primary and secondary school principals include:lack of teaching resource allocation and
