With the education reform and development and the policy of "the principal professional standard",the school principal for by training to improve their own professional has a higher demand.But in reality some training institutions to carry out the principal training activities can not be well meet the demand of the principal training,training to reach the desired effect.In daoli district of Harbin in elementary and junior high school principals as the research object,through the investigation of primary and junior high school principals training needs,research analyses the group characteristics:,influence factors and gap with the status quo,put forward relevant countermeasures for the improvement of middle and primary school headmaster training.In this paper,using the hierarchy of needs theory,adult learning theory,constructivism learning theory,contingency management theory,uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview method,comparative method,has conducted the following research:(1)the training status quo of schoolmasters daoli district of Harbin.(2)the training demand of schoolmasters daoli district of Harbin.(3)the group characteristics of primary and junior high school principals training needs.(4)the influence factors of primary and junior high school principals training needs.(5)the gap between training status and training needs.(6)to improve primary and junior high school principal training countermeasures.By studying the following conclusions:(1)the daoli district of Harbin.Primary and junior high school principals training needs at a higher level.(2)the training of schoolmasters daoli district of Harbin demand exists high consistency.(3)the subjective factor is the major influential factors of the principal training needs.(4)the primary and junior high school principal pay attention to the practical training.Analysis the conclusion:(1)the school principal for by training to improve their own professional has a higher demand.(2)"professional standard" is a common requirement for all the principal.(3)the principal to development,to solve practical problems affect the principal's training needs.(5)the principal need more practical situational teaching mode,cooperative learning mode and comprehensive evaluation.Based on the above study and put forward four Suggestions:(1)focus on the principal training needs,attaches great importance to the principal training work.(3)to conduct training needs survey,grasping the principal training needs.(3)response to the headmaster training needs,improve training practice.(4)the integration of the principal training resources,improve the benefit of the principal training.
