With the global attention to education fairness, the development of rural education in our country has received increasing attention. As the leader of rural education, rural primary school principals are directly related to the development of rural education. Therefore, the state has actively carried out state-level training for rural primary school principals, and the resulting training results have also attracted attention. This research is based on the case study of the "Principal National Training Program" rural school principals supporting project D class to carry out research on the effectiveness of rural primary school principals at national level. The study is divided into four parts:The first part mainly includes the introduction, theoretical basis and effect analysis dimension. The introduction focuses on the research background, research status at home and abroad, research purpose and significance, research ideas and methods. The theoretical basis is mainly Kirkpatrick's four-level evaluation theory and training transfer theory, and the effect analysis dimension is designed based on the Kirkpatrick's four-level evaluation theory and training objectives. The second part analyzes the actual effectiveness of the training of rural primary school principals from the effectiveness and main problems existing in the training, and specifically describes them from the four levels of response, learning, behavior and results. The third part analyzes the factors influencing the effect of training from three aspects: the principal's own training, the training design, and the growth environment of the principal.Among them, principals mainly focus on their motivation to participate in training. The training design focuses on training institutions before, during, and after centralized training. The growth environment is mainly concentrated on the three main bodies of superiors, teachers, and parents. The fourth part proposes some paths to improve the effect of national primary school teachers training at the national level.First, the principals are encouraged to participate in the training;secondly, the training institutions improve the training design and management;and thirdly, they create an environment conducive to the principal's practice.
