Children are the future of the motherland,and children are the hope of the nation.The premise of children’s growth is the development of physical and mental health in early childhood.Early childhood is the first key growth period in life."Children’s physical education" is a hot topic in recent years.Therefore,the teaching of children’s physical education has reached the height of the country.Pay attention to it.Children’s sports is an important part of early childhood education.Preschool sports teaching has far-reaching influence and important significance on children’s physical development and physical and mental development.This research investigates the current situation of children’s physical education in Changchun through literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,logical induction method and mathematical statistics method.The survey selected 20 kindergartens(including provincial,municipal,district public kindergartens,government units and private private kindergartens)in the six urban districts of Changchun Automobile Plant,Green Park,Chaoyang District,Nanguan District,Kuancheng District and Erdao District.According to the current situation of physical education activities for children from 2016 to 2018,20 teachers,80 teachers and 160 parents distributed questionnaires for investigation and research.Through detailed research and analysis on policy,education,environment and humanities,we aim to promote the physical development and physical and mental development of young children,and propose scientific and reasonable countermeasures and suggestions.1.Improve the level of physical education in young children.On the one hand,through the establishment of professional children’s physical education curriculum system,improve the quality of children’s physical education.Based on the disciplines of physical education,education,psychology,etc.,aiming at the laws of physical and mental development of young children,following the principles of flexibility,interactivity and feasibility,the establishment of science,the combination of education and games,sports and games The rational,authoritative,standard and valuable preschool physical education curriculum system achieves the goal of promoting the comprehensive development of children’s physical and mental health.On the other hand,through the professional teaching methods to improve the level of children’s physical education.2.Strengthen the construction of children’s physical education teachers.Preschool teachers are the leaders of education.The cognitive level and understanding of preschool teachers directly affect the teaching level,which affects the physical and mental health and physical development of young children.The development of children’s sports is also affected by this.Provide learning opportunities for non-sports preschool teachers,establish a preschool sports education and training mechanism,provide learning funds from kindergartens or education departments to guarantee regular training,cooperate with universities or sports institutions to learn children’s physical education courses,and determine the evaluation system to promote and improve Teacher skill level.3.Improve and improve the physical education teaching environment for children.Creating a kindergarten environment that is in line with the development of children’s body and physical and mental health and has the characteristics of early childhood education is the basic guarantee for early childhood education.Create a rich and diversified physical environment,such as a natural experiential teaching environment,scientific rationalization of facilities and equipment,and an open and innovative indoor activity environment.Create a rich and fulfilling spiritual environment,such as a positive and optimistic environment,equal and democratic teacher-child relationship,and harmonious and friendly companionship.A good kindergarten environment has a positive impact on the development of early childhood sports.4.Establish a scientific understanding of early childhood sports.By guiding young children to actively participate in sports activities,exercise the body,promote the healthy development of body and mind,and create a sunny sports atmosphere.At the same time,kindergartens and parents should also simultaneously strengthen their awareness of children’s physical education and establish a scientific concept of physical education.In addition,kindergartens,families and communities are encouraged to cooperate to form an integrated,systematic and modeled educational environment.
