| Research purpose: This article will follow up and observe some male open-level rowers in Hubei Province during winter training with strength training features to understand the changes of some physical fitness indicators and some body load function indicators of rowers at different stages,and master the different Stage athletes’ physical fitness and functional status,and discuss the impact of different strength training items on specific sports performance.Research objects: 9 male rowing athletes from Hubei Province were selected as the research objects.Research method: The entire winter training consists of 25 weeks and is divided into two stages: the first stage prepares for the Spring Championship-1 to 15 weeks;the second stage prepares for the Autumn Championship-16 to 25 weeks,during which the training content is strength training and aerobic Training mainly.According to the actual situation of research and training,some indicators: hemoglobin(Hb),blood urea(BUN),creatine kinase(CK),immune system indicators,endocrine indicators(T,C),body composition,strength and quality indicators,16 kilometers Blood lactate and performance after long stroke,blood lactate and performance after dynamometer 2Km exercise.Results of the study: Changes in routine blood indicators: Large amounts of exercise cause athletes Hb,CK,T,and WBC to decrease,and C and BUN to increase.At the same time,CK significantly increases after sudden large strength training and periodic physical fitness tests;T /C The trend of rising first,then falling to the original level or even lower;Cr first rising,then falling,and finally rising and exceeding the original level.Results of blood lactic acid index research: the time of 2Km for the second dynamometer decreased significantly compared with the value of the first test,and the blood lactic acid increased significantly immediately after exercise;the blood lactic acid showed a significant negative effect when used for 16 kilometers long stroke and immediately after exercise Related.Blood creatinine,body composition,strength and quality indicators research results: blood creatinine was significantly positively correlated with body lean body mass;body composition was compared with the first test value for the second time: overall weight,muscle content of trunk area,body fat content were significant decline,muscle content of the upper limbs increased significantly.Lean body weight was significantly negatively correlated with the time of the 2Km dynamometer,and positively correlated with total body weight;body fat percentage was significantly correlated with overall body weight;the athlete’s third strength test compared with the first test value: 1RM(horizontal push,bench press),2min(compression push,oblique abdominal abdomen),the number of pull-ups were significantly increased;of which 1RM(horizontal push,bench press,hard lift)and 2Km special sports performance time were significant Negative correlationAnalysis conclusion:1)Evaluation of routine blood biochemical indicators:The overall fluctuation of Hb is small and shows a gradual upward trend,which is conducive to the maintenance and improvement of athletes’ aerobic capacity;BUN combined with Hb and CK can objectively reflect the athlete’s functional status and provide a certain reference basis for preventing sports fatigue;compared to Aerobic training and strength training have a greater impact on CK;the increase in training may lead to a decline in the body’s immune function,and appropriate recovery training is conducive to improving immune function;T / C indicators can effectively reflect the balance of the body’s energy metabolism When judging whether the athlete has the tendency of excessive fatigue,the T / C indicator is more accurate and reliable than the single T and C indicators.2)Evaluation of blood lactic acid:Long-term detection of blood lactic acid after 16 km long stroke can effectively reflect the changes of athletes’ energy metabolism;blood lactic acid after 16 km long stroke and 2Km exercise are negatively correlated with performance,indicating that the athlete’s body’s glycolysis energy supply is improved Helps improve sports performance.3)Evaluation of strength quality and body composition:After the strength training during the winter training,the athletes effectively enhanced the maximum strength quality,strength endurance quality and core strength quality of the body;when the athletes reduced fat,the strength combined with aerobic training conclusion:The blood creatinine of rowing athletes has a significant positive correlation with lean body mass.For rowing sports with high strength requirements,blood creatinine can be regularly tested
