Research purposes:this study analyzed shaanxi province tae kwon do excellent athletes’joint damage characteristics and reasons, after joint damage cured, we give them a specific joint strength training with the purpose of making taekwondo excellent athletes overcome joint damage, and guaranteeing the smooth completion of the training plan. Finally give preparation for the national games.Research methods:this study mainly USES the experimental method, the method of documentation, expert interview method, mathematical statistics and other research methods in order to understand the strength training effects in shaanxi province, we pick8palyers with knee and ankle injury as the research object. Before and after the experiment, we set a12weeks training plan for joint power,3times each week and120min each time, keep the general weight load between30-60%biggest strength, but according to the condition of different athletes, adopted by the load is also different。 so to follow the law of increasing load, increase the increase-again-to-to adapt again, until the most. The intermittent time is given priority to with the body basic recovery.Results:after12weeks of training, we test he joints of subjects and analyzed the test results by T test and compare the average method, all proved that specific strength training can significantly strengthen taekwondo elite athletes joint muscle power, overcome the joint damage to tae kwon do great athletes, effectively guarantee the smooth completion of the training plan。 finally the individual elite athletes in the12th national games has won a silver medal in taekwondo competition.Research conclusions:(1) the left and right knee flexion and ankle plantar flexion muscles, back muscles, muscle muscle group markedly improved after cure,, but improvement of the ankle dorsiflexion muscle group, under flexor muscles’ maximum strength and strength endurance is not ideal.(2) strength training to the left and right knee、under muscle group have a different effect, the effect of muscles balance, but the left and right ankle muscle group has a good effect, enhances the effect of the muscle group of muscles balance coordination.(3) strength training improved the greatest power and strength endurance of knee flexion and ankle plantar flexion muscles, back muscles, flexor muscle group greatly.
