A Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Study Style Management In Private Colleges

The style of study is the foundation and soul of the development of universities.It is also an important grasp of the management of students in private undergraduate colleges.In the process of the continuous development of higher education in our country,the present situation of the poor study style in College is much more serious.Especially,the management of study in private colleges has become an urgent problem to be solved.It often occurs that the phenomenon of poor class attendance,lacking of learning motivation,underachievement in examination and cheating in the exam.The study style of college students affects college quality of personnel training directly.Thus,it can be seen that style of study management plays a vital role in the development of private colleges.This paper adopts the methods of document analysis,field research questionnaire and interviews,and takes wenzhou W college as an case to carry out empirical research on the study style and management of students in private colleges.By doing questionnaire to understand the current study style and study style management status of wenzhou W college,so as to analyze the current situation of study style management in private colleges,find out the problems in study style management and the causes of the problems.Then,this paper puts forward the corresponding management countermeasures for the study style management of wenzhou W college on the base of combining the management measures of study style in other countries in the literature with the actual situation of wenzhou W college.There are still some problems of study style management even though the study style of W college is in good condition.Such as the poor operation and implementation of the management mechanism,the incomplete management content,the imbalance of the management team structure,the instability of the team,the dislocation of the management subject,the traditional and unitary management mode,and the improvement of the management effect.The reasons for these problems are as follows.Firstly,there is a lack of perfect management and supervision mechanism.For good management mechanism is the basis of scientific management.Secondly,the management content lacks professional talents team.As well as the system of students' career planning and academic guidance.In addition,the college leader has not paid attention to the management team of private colleges.And the management team also lack of professional training.The inverse position of administrative part is caused by the non-unity-based thought about who is the administrative principal.However,due to the limited level of the management team,busy affairs and lack of professional talents,the management mode tends to be traditional and unitary.Therefore,in view of the above problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions from the following aspects.Like optimizing the management system,strengthening the students' systematic career planning and academic guidance,improving the construction of learning style management team,clarifying the main body of learning style management,establishing a cooperative mechanism of teaching management,to enrich the measures of learning style management,to improve the effectiveness of management,and to give full play to the cooperative role of society in college learning style management.
