At present,the new curriculum reform is still in progress.The education should be student-oriented,student-centered,and teachers-led.At the same time,we teachers also should let the students be the main body of educational activities.From the perspectives of current class management,the following conclusion can be drawn: students don't get full play to their management ability;what the head teacher prepared don't necessarily meet the students' actual needs because of the limited time,energy of and the personal cognition of the head teachers.To some extent,these problems will affect the quality of education.With head teachers' improvement of classroom management,the operation mechanism and optimization of the "brain trust" comes to prominence.The study depicts that the head masters can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students to participate in classroom management.The advantages are that it can stimulate the management ability of students,provide more educational resources for the head teachers,and give full play to the advantage of educational resources,In this way,the effectiveness and quality of classroom management can be improved.Primary school students have poor self-control in this period which also gives them a crucial chance to stimulate students' sense of autonomy and independent management ability.Therefore,it is necessary to set up a "think tank" in classroom management.In this way,students can participate in classroom management,play the wisdom of the group.Let students experience the joy of success.What's more,students can gradually build up their confidence and be more enthusiastic in the management.Finally we can achieve the goal of harmonious development as well as all-round development of students.The formation of classroom management "think tank",emphasizing that students as the main body and the master of classroom management,teachers as participants and leader.Think tank participates in classroom management,reflects teamwork,and plays the role of teamwork and make full use of collective wisdom.Students' self-management is to decentralize the right of teacher,fully mobilize students' enthusiasm to participate in classroom management to improve self-management ability,and cultivate students' self-management ability,interpersonal communication ability,cooperative consciousness and service consciousness.The study mainly adopts the case study method,literature research.To elaborate the essential connotation and characteristics of classroom management think tank,Specific content includes the following aspects: the first point is that the brief introduction of theories related to classroom management think tank,essence,major types,major types,basic features and major functions,The thesis holds the point that the classroom management think tank can stimulate students' potential to manage themselves wisely while making full use of all possible resources.Improve classroom management skills to a large extent to make the class more smoothly.Secondly,This study discusses the establishment and operation of class management think tank.The thesis mainly talks about the in-depth study of the following 4 aspects: “think tank” functions when participating in early reading classes and inter-class management,functions when participating in lunch and lunch break management,functions when participating in class activities and in after-school management.Thirdly,it also studies the evaluation methods of the classroom management think tank.Fourthly,the shortage of class management think tank and its optimization strategy.
