The education of school,the class is the basic unit for the students' study and life,and it bears the important mission of students' teaching and management.Through the analysis of the current situation and problems of the rural primary school class management,and puts forward some effective strategies to improve the class management to help students better learning and development in education and management under the guidance of the theory,has important significance of high education quality.The research is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,mainly covers the issues,research purpose and significance,research status and research methods and other aspects;this part is for the purpose of the research significance,research progress to explain,to provide theoretical support for the investigation of the current situation and the following the final formation strategy.A survey in Huachuan County,Jiamusi City,the second part ZTE primary school class management,this part is the analysis and Research on rural class management status of the specific situation,is the process of investigation,investigation methods and results of narrative and description.The third part reveals the existence of rural primary school class management in school(1)the lack of appropriate support in class management;(2)the class management did not do according to local conditions;(3)the teachers' concept and consciousness and methods of work;(4)did not establish effective home school cooperation mechanism etc.,and analyze the causes of the problem.The fourth part puts forward(1)to build a scientific system of class management;(2)pay attention to teachers' classroom management training;(3)teachers to change their ideas;(4)positive support and help from their parents(5)to carry out class management activities(6)pay attention to teachers and students the strong sense of culture,create a good class atmosphere improvement strategy.The basic conclusion is: the school must strengthen the construction of the class,the class construction level directly affects the quality and efficiency of teaching,rural primary school class construction should attach great importance to the school lack of support,the old concept of teachers,efforts to construct scientific class management measures according to local conditions to solve,and create a good ecological class for students to learn.
