Education research must be centered around problems that happen in real lives.Only when focusing on subjects can we find the value and essence of education research.Combining academic characteristics,this research analyzed the component and significance of teachers' emotional intelligence from various perspectives.Based on personal experience and first-hand interviews with resourceful individuals,the research not only anatomized common existing problems,but also came up with a strategy encouraging teachers to surpass themselves,be optimistic,control feelings and seek help from schools,families as well as the society.By conducting a comprehensive selfassessment,the research aims to arouse the society,schools and families' attention to teachers' emotional intelligence and urge colleagues to take actions. |
