Practical Research On The Intervention Of Social Work In Children Physical Abuse

With the rapid development of society,child maltreatment has become the focus of social work in recent years.In foreign countries,the case work based on the “psychological-social” treatment model has become the preferred method to solve the relevant problems,and successfully help recipients out of the dilemma.Back home,“child abuse” remains a real problem that needs the intervention of social work.Taking physical abuse of children in D community as research objects,employing literature study,case study and interviews as research methods,this thesis understands the current situation of child abuse in the family of the community through questionnaire survey,and further comprehends the causes,the present situations and influence by interviews.In practice,based on the "psychological-social" model,this study intervenes the social work to solve the problem of child physical abuse in the family in order to provide ideas for the community to build the defense mechanisms for child abuse.This paper is composed of the introduction,the text,the conclusion,the reference and other parts.The introduction mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper,the research status at home and abroad,the definition of core concepts,research methods and theoretical basis,etc.The first chapter is the investigation of this paper,the analysis of interview process and results,based on the questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews of parents and children in D community,the analysis of the current situation,causes and effects of children's family physical abuse;The second chapter is on the basis of the previous research results,selects M family as the case service object,through understanding the service object demand and the available related resources forecast,has made clear to the M family member to carry on the change,enhances the parent-child association,integrates the use of all kinds of resources to establish the effective mechanism to prevent the child physical abuse,promotes the child healthy development;The third chapter is to close and evaluate the cases of ill-treatment of M-family children,and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of this case through the process of result evaluation,process evaluation and close-up,and continue to carry on the service promotion to ensure the effect of the service.The fourth chapter is to reflect on the work of this case.Through the questionnaire and interview of the D community,and the case-intervention study on the M-family,it is found that the current situation of child physical abuse is still in existence,and there are multiple demands such as the improvement of the family environment,the establishment of the abuse prevention and control system and the establishment of a good parent-child relationship.The establishment and handling process of the case shows that the full use of resources and the establishment of good communication relationship can improve the current situation of child abuse to a certain extent.In the process of the completion of the case,the dominant perspective,cognitive behavior and attachment theory all play a very important role,and the "psycho-social" treatment model is also helpful to solve the problem of children's physical abuse.On the whole,through the professional working methods of social work and extensive links to resources,the problem of child physical abuse has been initially solved,and the recurrence of child abuse has been effectively prevented.
